I was tensed regarding convenience of my senior citizen parents while travelling in UAE. They not only helped me address those concerns, but also supported me as if we were part of same family. Right from flights to hotel, apartment, sight seeing, shopping,food to local transport. They were with me like my shadow 24x7. Mr. Jitu from Overseas Travel is the best in client interaction, servicing and satisfaction. He is in touch with you actively while planning, during the tour and for any improvements post completion of the tour. He took note of each and every request and ensured that the package is customised to cover all. He was always on stand by and was one call / msg away for any support required.
