Fantastic experience: We booked a 4 day package with GBH for Georgia Tbilisi. We absolutely loved our time there. Their driver gave us pick up and drop off from the airport and we had a tour guide with us for all of the 3 day trip. They were nice and accommodating. The hotel rooms were excellent and the trip went without a glitch. This was our first time in Georgia and we had no idea what to do or how to get to places. The tour guide helped us with practically everything even when we wanted to wander off on our own. Definitely going to book more future trips with them

Special thanks to Shoaib and Danish for always being there and helping us with all our questions. Shoaib was sweet enough to come and check on us after we arrived at the hotel and make sure everything was fine. Some of the points I would like to mention are: 1. The drivers assigned were very professional and friendly. They were on time and also accomodated our requests in case of emergency. Our driver was Daniel and he was very professional. 2. The team was always available to help us with our questions and queries. They were sweet enough to help us out in our last minute requests. 3. We stayed in Wescott hotel and it was a really nice experience. The breakfast spread was perfect and the in-room dining also was very good. Great point it this hotel is just 2 mins away from the metro station and bus stand which is very convenient. The place also has live music in some days and it's really good. 4. All the tickets were booked and shared to us making our entry hassle-free. Overall we had an amazing experience with the GBH team! Looking forward to utilise your service soon.

Positive experience: Our Trip was amazingly coordinated by Mr.Akram in Dubai and Mr.Amrith in Nepal. These guys were very supportive and reachable whenever required. We had a wonderful experience at Pokhara and Annapurna basecamp. Travel itineraries were well customized. Only thing we need to prepare before travel is to know in detail about the facilities available in the country, especially most of the roads are under constructions and the rush traffic in peak hours in Kathmandu, which killed the fun a bit, but once u set the mind, its manageable. But these guys organized the things very well, must say.

Fantastic experience: Dear all , I have visited Kenya for a week along with my family & booking was done through GB travels. The trip was planned well in advance & executed in a professional way . Every step from arrival to Kenya airport , pick up by local guide until drop off to airport was well taken care. The local guide was also very pleasant & comforting in nature. The places that we were taken around was planned & instead of being rigid , few options were given & then executed. The food was a pleasant surprise , as we got vegetarian food in all places( as promised prior). The stay was very comfortable & people were friendly . At every point of travel or rather, every day, we got message from GB travels from Mr Akram & Mr Vipin. The credit goes to Mr Akram & to the local guide Mr Francis from Kenya , who were very professional in their work. Personally , I feel this is the best trip planned especially post covid situation. Then I come to know about gb holidays. I contacted them and they arranged me on very cheap reasonable price for my family , tour package with all activities in dubai. Negative experience: This is a continuation from prior post: The confusion of late buses, uncertain meet times, HOW to get tickets for 2 attractions at the Dubai Mall where we were dropped off. We huddled together, figured out all tickets were under "Jen's" name, and then asked for directions in this biggest mall in the world. We literally were clueless as there were TWO times on our combined texts to both travel agencies to show up for the Burj Khalifa tour and Aquarium. The shuttle GBH set up to transport us to and from the (incredible) Worlds Expo after a loonngg hot day was a disaster. Their drivers bungled instructions to 'meet at this exact spot' at 6 pm led to 5 of us becoming lost, misled, & wasting time trying to find the 'new' spot w/ no-WIFI as we were 'out of the park.' Ann did NOT let the bus driver take us back for almost an HOUR d/t 1 couple who hadn't arrived. The driver handed us his phone and when speaking/texting her it was clear she didn't know WHERE this couple was or if they (like many others) took a cab/Uber back to the hotel. A LOT of time was lost EVERY day, and we will NEVER use either company again. We didn't feel confident our PCR tests (Which were 'included in the package' would be done in time, so we spent $110 each using the hotel company, who did a great job.) Do NOT be tempted to use this company.
