Negative experience: The tour guide doesn't speak English. He just drove us into places not even explaining what it is. We end up just sleeping in the car. We relay on google in all tourist spot. I hope they will have a better tour guide if they want to be in tour business. I will definitely not do it again.

Negative experience: This place is a rip off, asked to book to Pattaya Thailand but kept on trying to rip us off to Phuket even though we communicated clearly multiple times to book Pattaya and waited last minute when the flight's are at it's highest price to send us a budget, unprofessional services - waste of my time as we booked it by ourselves separately with half of the cost!

Positive experience: I used this travel group for a trip to Armenia. Overall it was a good trip but not clear in terms of the driver and what they do. In terms of booking the hotel and flight. It worked out besides my friend not sitting next to me on the return flight back to Abu Dhabi. When it came to the communication, it was alright but Anika who started working with us went on vacation so someone had to jump in and assist, this person was much better than the first because there was not clear communication. Now with the driver.....he spoke very little English and mainly just drove places and dropped us off. I've done trips before but this was more of us just having a driver then a guide to inform us about things. Not an issue but if you are booking this then you will want to do research in advance because you will not have knowledge of anything/some places do not have a tour that you know anything about the place. Also, the fact that his English wasn't good made it hard to communicate and some places we were dripped off but didnt even know where we were at. One day the guide had other duties and had his dad drive us to places where he spoke no English at all. So we went to places and just walked around then left which made this experience not as enjoyable. If I was by myself this would of been an even worst trip. At the end of the trip the team reached out about a review but once I shared my experience they didn't followup. I felt the need to leave this so improvements can be made because this was a expensive trip and outside of the hotel/flights there wasn't much to rave about due to the driver experience and prior to booking they raved about the Armenian experience that I should book with them.
