Negative experience: I booked a trip for my family to exit to Oman through this travel agency and it was a complete nightmare. Not only were the travel agent is incredibly unresponsive to my inquiries, but they also provided me with wrong information multiple times. First, they mentioned that the pick up location for the shuttle bus going to Fujairah will be in Union metro but there’s no bus around the area! On top of everything else, the contact number they provided for the shuttle driver was completely useless. No matter how many times my parents tried to call, they couldn't reach anyone. They started calling from 3AM but to no avail! It was like they vanished into thin air. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable for a supposedly reputable travel agency. Steer clear! Save yourself the headache and avoid this agency at all costs.
