Negative experience: This company GTE is highly unreliable and unprofessional staff. We caution all buyers to stay away from them. There B2B system is designed with errors where even a booking is created with time limits, they call it quotation and dont honor the reservations. Worst is that there operations team can anytime cancel ur reservation created on hold without ur knowledge and update. We faced one such loss of almost GBP 100 due to inappropriate actions from GTE. It Seems the reviews on google are also manipulated which made us trust and enter into a contract on their B2B platform but later ended up in a loss without any fault of ours. The company sales and operations were also neither even willing to accept the system improper functioning. Keep caution if u are looking to use GTE platform.
