Negative experience: Worth not even a single star. Forgot to pick up my mother in law in Oman. Only after I made a scene in their office that they took action and looked for her. Too many 5 minutes we will pick her up then after 1 hour they took her and send her to a room without even any seating! Don’t ever go to this agency. They are shady. Additional update, they don’t have any proper way of contacting their supplier in Oman! After my mother in law arrived in their remote accommodation, which didn’t even have any proper seating, she hasn’t ate anything! Yes its not included in the package but have your staff ask the people there if they want to buy some food because they are stuck in a remote place! They said its not their responsibility to take care of people under their supplier! This is really the worst travel agency!
