Negative experience: Driver suppose to come 8 to 8.30 comes at 9am. Not worth the price honest opinion. The package is not worth sorry to say. Claima traffic by agent driver claims suppose another driver but he car problem.Bring to a shop buys 80aed where we can get 30aed where we can buy says inside expensive where we played buggy. The scarf. Please find others as over price and deals outside better.

Negative experience: My experience with Desert Safari Dubai was absolutely dreadful from start to finish. When I called the manager, they promised me various perks and advised me to opt for the premium voucher through the Entertainer app, priced at 375AED per person, with a buy one get one offer as I have entertainer application.. The driver, Majid, seemed clueless about guiding and informing us about the trip's itinerary. Upon discovering that other passengers had paid significantly less (250 AED) I felt cheated Despite being assured of free activities like camel rides and henna, everything came at an extra cost. When I confronted the driver about the discrepancies, he became defensive and hostile, insisting that others had paid more because they don’t have entertainer and he keep arguing with me. Additionally, despite being promised free shisha in a designated area, there was nothing free; they even attempted to charge 100 AED per shisha. It's clear that the manager and staff are deceitful and lack integrity. In our way back the driver was speeding and not keeping enough space with the cars in front of us showing off he is angry. My advice: book through Groupon for a cheaper rate with other companies most of them go to the same place called Oasis Camp.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic the dessert tour was amazing. The driver was on time to pick us up as he communicated via WhatsApp, we picked two people from another hotel and made our way to the Red Desert Safari. We all enjoyed the quad bikes then it was time to get back in the Land Cursier car to take a ride within the sand. Behold it was a bumpee ride and so much fun. Later on went to the camp where we enjoyed food and drinks and a great fire show. Then about 8:30pm we set off all back to our hotels. One thing I would have changed is the driver, he could been more happier & existed as we all was. If you go to Dubai this is a must do on your list.

Negative experience: Don't get spammed with fake reviews. The worst customer experience with the safari agency that I have been so far. The driver Kamar/Amar(some name in such pronunciation) is very rude and unprofessional. He was telling tourists to "shut up" when everyone is trying to enjoy the dune bashing experience. This is so stupid, throughout the ride he was always ordering yes and it felt as if he had hired us to do things as he wanted. He was using a mobile phone throughout the drive. Dinner in the camp was horrible, nothing tasted good. There are a lot of better safari agencies there, pay some extra bucks and go for a better one. These guys will ruin the entire experience.

Negative experience: I am absolutely furious and feel compelled to warn everyone about the horrendous service provided by Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris). Our mood was completely ruined before we even reached the desert. What was supposed to be a beautiful and memorable experience was tainted by stress, frustration, and anger. We had paid a premium for a private sunset maternity photoshoot tour, expecting a peaceful and personalized experience that is uninterrupted. What a joke that was. What we got was a masterclass in deceit and incompetence. Despite clearly communicating a change in the pickup location via WhatsApp and verbally on the phone the day before our trip, Anees the driver had the audacity to show up late, at a completely wrong location, and then lied straight to our faces about it. At 4:05 PM, he claimed to be at the new location, even though we had updated him the day before to pick us up at the initial location (twice, on the WhatsApp which he had read and verbally on the phone). Then, he finally shows up at the correct location at 4:26 PM claiming it was due to heavy traffic condition when he was turning back from the new location (despite already knowing we are not meeting there). The truth? He was busy dropping off another passenger blatantly prioritizing another job over ours, despite our private booking. Yes, you heard that right. He prioritized another fare over our booked and confirmed private tour, cutting our precious photoshoot time short. This wasn't just a minor inconvenience; it was a complete betrayal of trust. We were robbed of precious time for our maternity photoshoot, a moment we can never get back. Anees's selfish decision to squeeze in another fare before our appointment shows a total lack of respect for us and our special moment. It's clear Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris) values money over customer satisfaction or basic honesty. And if that ordeal wasn't enough, the way the company handled my feedback was appalling. Upon reaching out to them, their response was unapologetic and defensive, showing a blatant disregard for what we went through. They were adamant about defending their position, without any care for customer experience or the slightest hint of empathy. Not once did we receive an apology from the company during our communications. Their attitude was dismissive, as if our distress and inconvenience were of no consequence to them. I'm beyond disgusted by their service, Anees's deceit, and the company's disgraceful handling of our complaint. I implore anyone thinking of booking with Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris) to reconsider, to save yourself from the stress, frustration, and outright anger that we were forced to endure. Their complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and customer care is shocking. There are plenty of other companies that actually respect their customers. Find a company that truly values and respects its customers, not one that treats them with such disdain. Don't let Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris) ruin your special moments with their greed, lies, and appalling customer service.

We're pleased that you could participate in the other activities booked with us. This ensures that we are always aware of the car's location for safety and efficiency. Although we do not offer taxi services or general pick and drop services, the vehicles are part of our company assets, used specifically for tours like city tours, quad bike and dune buggy tours, and Abu Dhabi city tours. Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible, genuine experience. Qamar is a true professional with 15 years experience. I was expecting just another short, tame dune bashing sortie... We got the exact opposite - hardcore, exhilarating, INCREDIBLY fun and LONG safari. Very powerful new Nissan Patrol, very clean and taken care of, Qamar did not spare the car at all for us. We asked to go to the limit, and he delivered. Even took us away from the crowded areas to see the naked desert. Amazing photos. Amazing experience. The camp buffet was surprisingly delicious, I did not expect this level of quality. 12/10 experience. I highly recommend Desert Leap, and especially Qamar, if you want a genuine and exhilarating desert safari.

Fantastic experience: Our tour guide Qamar made this safari a very enjoyable experience. Dune bashing with him was a blast yet very safe as well! He got us to the camp on time so we got a good spot to watch the evening programme. Would definitely recommend him as a tour guide!

Fantastic experience: I am a resident here but took some family members to experience the desert safari. We had an amazing time, our guide Qamar was so fun and helpful. His dune bashing was exhilarating! He also got us the best price for when we wanted to go quad biking, and at dinner he got us there at the perfect time so we got the best seats. Fantastic experience: I wanted to show my mom the desert and wow, it was amazing! Our guide Qamar took us to this amazing spot with lots of high dunes. The areas for quad driving and the camp for food were very touristy but overal we had an amazing time.

Il hésite pas à nous guider et à nous prendre des photos quand c’est demander. Il vous ramène à la maison quand tout est finis.
