Sudeesh responded to all our messages promptly- prompt, short and precise communication. Professional. They have tie up with a good local tour operator in Almaty. The local guide/driver was very good. He managed the sightseeing schedule well. Recommend good restaurants as well. Very Good .

Positive experience: Hi team, I recently visited Kazakhstan in the month of July with my family. The trip was curated by Afthab tours.Firstly, I would like to share the pros of the trip. The accommodation was really very comfortable. The food was very delicious. We enjoyed the different cuisines. The Landscape and sight seeing places were awesome. Done according to the itinerary. The tree house experience was superb. One of the unforgettable trip in our life. There is only one concern regarding this trip. The driver cum guide who accompanied us appeared to be friendly at the beginning and explained the details of places perfectly. But, while sight seeing the places at koktobe, cable car was not provided as per itinerary instead he said only shuttle bus will be given and we need to pay extra if we chose cable car. But at the end, we were made to pay the full amount for cable car ride by ourselves. Later, intentionally he made the calculations wrong as he don't want to refund the amount.Apart from this, there is no other concerns regarding the trip. So we recommend Aftab tours and looking forward for out next international trip with you.

Fantastic experience: The tour operator has conducted the package with complete professionalism. Mr. Gokul representing afthab tours was really a nice person with the right attitude and excellent communication skills. He was outstanding. Besides the tour guide was good in language skills but not encouraging the families to explore the areas properly by sticking to the time frame and explaining the terrain difficulties. Otherwise it was a well conducted tour and we really enjoyed it. Almaty is an excellent choice for all age categories of tourist.

Fantastic experience: Recently visited Georgia with Afthab Harish Tours. The trip was well organized & there is not even a single mistake or issues happened. Especially our tour guide Laali her support and guidance was really amazing she was really helpful, kind & friendly. Hotel accommodation & transportation was also great. Positive experience: We went to Armenia in the month of june. The trip was nice. Only some feedback was really a big group, so we were not able to connect with everyone. The tour guide was way too strict when it came to time. Even 5-10 minutes late, she used to scold everyone and get offended otherwisenice trip, well organised.

Positive experience: We had taken 3 nights/4 days package for azerbaijan . We travelled 1st week of June 2024. The package costed AED 1,470 per person. It included airport transfers, English guide, 3 star Hotel accommodation with breakfast, e-visa, travel insurance and tours. Lunch/dinner and entry to any tour sites was excluded from the package. From the time I ws inquiring the details about the package till the trip ended, Ms rida has been really cooperative. The weather was hot. People are really friendly. Our guide(namik) was really friendly. As we landed, we went to ateshgah fire temple (entry is 9 manat =18dhs pp), then yanar dag (fire mountain) (entry is 9 manat=18dhs pp). 2nd day was gabala. Its one of the beautiful place. There is tufandag Hotel, the cable car is located there. Then seven beauties waterfall. Then nohur lake, the paddle boat is 20 manat= 40dhs for whole boat. 4 people can sit. Lots of restaurants to click picture. 3rd day for baku tour. We went to Highland Park. We could see the flame tower to click pic. The baku eye (ferris wheel) was 10manat =20dhs pp. Their is carpet museum 10manat=20dhs pp. Then little Venice 20manat= 40dhs for 1 boat. 4 people can sit. We went to old baku city. Their was maiden tower. Just walk able distance was nizami Street. Beautiful place.. feels like 3 days was not enough. Afthab harish tours llc have 50% advance payment option. When you make half payment, they share ticket details. Once remaining 50% is paid.. they share Hotel confirmation details, travel insurance, visa copy. Guide details & digital boarding pass are send 2 days before travel date. Loved the experience.

Fantastic experience: While planning for a short vacation during UAE National Day's holidays, we first thought about some other tour operators who are very actively promoting themselves in social media. Accidently, Afthab Tours came to our attention from Insta. Though sceptical in the beginning, we were very impressed with our interactions with Mr Gokul, who gave a clear pic about the iterinary. Fantastic experience: We booked a trip to Georgia through Afthab Harish Tours. We traveled as a family of 4. Our experience was excellent and we had a memorable holiday. Ms. Reda from the agency was very helpful and took care of all aspects of the journey. The flights, local transportation in Georgia and hotels were all nice. We would definitely recommend this agency to everyone. Only downside- Do try to find other airline options as budget airlines can be inconvenient for families with kids. However this is a sacrifice one makes to keep the package costs down.

Negative experience: Not recommended. I was on a tour to Georgia this January. Its okay that they tried to give me proper information, but they couldn't explain. I was told that I could carry 10kgs stuffs with me. I had clearly sent them this message: "Few questions. Luggage is 10 kgs including handcarry or we can carry hand carry too? And they replied with an image that did not mention luggage without wheels. I had to pay at Abu Dhabi Airport, and at Kutasi Airport too which was around AED 700. I tried talking to their staff, and the message was: "we believes any kind of false information have been written I was informed by my management we will move legally against you deformation . sorry I cant help you anymore in this matter" You can also see the images attached below. I seriously do no recommend Aftab Harish Tours LLC for this attitude.

Positive experience: The package we took was for Georgia and the whole trip was well organised and arranged and assisted by Mr Alaxander in Georgia and it was coordinated by Asmia who took care of all the plans fr us.
