Fantastic experience: We booked a Dubai: Half-Day Desert Safari, Camel Ride trip with OceanAir travels through GetYourGuide. It was one of the best experiences we had in Dubai. Our guide Jaseem, was super helpful. He was my daughter's favorite person for that day for tweaking things to her liking :). He patiently answered our questions about Dubai.

Fantastic experience: We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a desert safari with Oceanair Travels, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the adrenaline-pumping dune bashing to the thrilling quad bike rides, every moment was filled with excitement and adventure. Fantastic experience: Went on our first desert safari and were lucky to have Mansoor Manz as our tour guide. He provided excellent service throughout the whole tour, ensuring we were happy and comfortable. He prioritised our safety and health through each stage of the tour. Fantastic experience: First off, to put it simply before I describe what I am basing my review off of - Amazing, Unforgettable, Thrilling and GREAT. Now to describe my experience, Mansoor was our assigned guide, he gave heads up on pick up time and was punctual. Mansoor is now my brother from another mother, he made sure he explained clearly what the experience was going to involve and delivered everything and more on a golden plate. The buggy ride was unforgettable and thrilling and Mansoor’s dune bashing skills was out of this world. Not even once he or all his asociates were disrespectful or impolite, they made us feel as part of their family, my wife misplaced something in the camp and Mansoor made sure he retrieved it and brought it to us and made my wife’s birthday experience unforgettable. This is my first trip to Dubai and did not know what exactly to expect out of this experience, but honestly they over delivered, the food, the entertainment all were out of this world. Next time we come back to Dubai, which we will, I am going to make sure, we get Mansoor again. Thank you Al Khyama group and specifically Thank You brother Mansoor, you are exceptional.

Bossi our guide and driver are such fantastic accets to your company and deserve a lot of praise.

Fantastic experience: We had Fadi as our lovely tour guide and driver who picked us up promptly from our hotel, introduced Dubai to us on our journey to the desert and was just a lovely man in general. We chose the 4 hour trip and the Dune bashing was something we have never experienced before and is a must if in Dubai! Fadi was so patient in teaching us sand boarding and there were refreshments at stop off locations available and included in the price. Henna and Falcon experience was also available and included in the price - again a must! We also decided to do Quad biking there on the day and was the best we have ever done free to do what you want in an enclosed large area Beware the scarfs there are very expensive so if you have your own do bring it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from booking to actual tour and activities. I booked two different tour with the company- desert alkyhadma evening and abu dhabi. Both of them were well organized. Staff is very dedicated, motivated and enthusiastic. They did make the experience very positive. AC coaster used for abu dhabi was also very nice. Toddler seat was also provided on request. Highly recommend Ocean air for your dubai and abu dhabi travel needs. Thank you Oceanair for making the trip memorable.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went for a safari and quad bike ride yesterday. Zada, our guide was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had so much fun doing dune bashing and sand boarding while feeling safe at all times. In the camp we were offered to purchase the scarf to protect us from sand and sun and we were welcomed with some refreshments and dates. We also got to take some pictures with the falcon (they even put it on your head!)

Fantastic experience: I have booked Abu Dhabi day trip with OceanAir travels. Our guide MUSTAFA was amazing and very informative explaining everything in detail throughout the trip. He is a very warm person with a smile on his face always. Proactively approached us to click pictures explaining about the places. Fantastic experience: I had booked a one-day trip to Abu Dhabi including the visit of Qasr Al Watan and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The trip was very nice, we were offered a nice and clean car, tickets for the venues were already pre-booked by OceanAir Travels. Taymour, our tour guide, did very well in caring for us, it was very nice to talk to him not just about the venues we did visit, but also of his years of experience in Dubai. Thanks to him, we visited a very nice & good value food spot for lunch. I felt that I was in very good hands during the whole trip. Thanks again and kind regards!

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a premium quality desert safari and this was exactly what we wanted. Our tour guide Sarwar was very helpful, informative and friendly. They limit the number of people per camp so it makes us feel exclusive. All the features like falcon photo, unlimited soft drinks ,water , coffee, bbq dinner, deserts and 40 minutes camel ride were included in the base price. Overall I would recommend this to everyone and if we get back to Dubai, of course we will choose again the “ OceanAir Travels “ !

Fantastic experience: We had an enjoyable time on the desert safari with OceanAir Travels. We booked the premium Desert Safari package and our guide was Shaukat Mahmood. Shaukat was a caring and thoughtful guide who ensured our safety throughout the trip, even helping us in and out of the 4WD car. He made sure we had plenty of water, especially in the hot weather, and he's also a talented photographer! Shaukat captured some incredible shots for us. He's an amazing guy, always smiling. The buffet dinner at the Al Khayma Camp was sumptuous and delicious. It took them 12 hours to prepare the dishes, which made the experience even more impressive. The whole trip was fantastic from start to finish, and I highly recommend it with OceanAir Traveler. Shaukat was a fantastic guide too!

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best tour operators I have booked a tour with worldwide and I have been to 47 countries. They are extremely professional, they respond immediately to messages and they are very helpful, kind and polite. I booked the tour from Dubai to the grand mosque and Qasr al Watan in Abu Dhabi. The driver was very kind and gave us some information although the tour stated that it was not a guided tour. The tour from pick-up to drop-off is about 8 hours and 4.15 hours in Abu Dhabi which were enough for the 2 places. They even provided us with abayas for the mosque. We also made a stop at the Emirates Palace. The car was very comfortable.

Positive experience: My experience with Ocean Air Travel was fantastic, thanks to Iqbal. He really went above and beyond to make the tour enjoyable and engaging. It felt like he added a personal touch to the whole experience, especially with unique stops like the heritage restaurant. I'd give the tour four stars overall. However, I was disappointed with the pickup. Our driver, Kamalpreet, was quite rude. Despite us requesting just a few extra minutes, he was impatient and even threatened to leave. We made it to the pickup spot by 8:06, but his behavior continued to be disrespectful. I understand there are other people on the tour, but that's not an excuse for such behavior. Additionally, we were left waiting for another 10 minutes at the meeting point before the tour actually started, which seemed unnecessary given the emphasis on punctuality.

Fantastic experience: Did the 5 hour safari in Doha, Qatar. Communication was clear. Pick up and drop off at my hotel was very convenient. Anvar was a polite and competent guide. His driving for the dune bashing was exhilarating, but not reckless. He is also a passionate photographer. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Definitely the most beautiful moments in Dubai were in the Al Marmoom Oasis camp. Delicious dinner, fun program, neat and clean. Various attractions such as camel riding, taking photos with a falcon, Arabic sweets, a beautiful sunset... Special thanks and praise to Ermin Kahrić for his hospitality, kindness and who was there for us no matter what we needed. Also thanks to Kareem gouide and Mahmoud food runner for their kindness and positive attitude. Next visit to Dubai, we will definitely come to this camp again.

Fantastic experience: Very great tour and Sajith was a super tour guide.

Negative experience: While the trip itself provided moments of enjoyment, our tour guide's performance fell short of expectations. Regrettably, their lack of transparency regarding pricing proved to be a significant drawback. For instance, their assertion regarding the inflated costs of abayas which we paid over $410 per abaya at the camp but at the mosque was later proven to be prices as low as 45 AED for the same abaya. Additionally, confusion surrounding the ATV rides resulted in a missed opportunity, as we had already paid for the experience. The substantial overcharging for items such as abayas, scarves, and headpieces only added to our disappointment. The absence of assistance in capturing memorable moments through photos or videos was regrettable. Without the assistance of my friend, the experience would have been far less enjoyable. It is disappointing that our guide did not demonstrate greater vigilance in safeguarding us against potential scams. After hearing and seeing other tourist experiences with other companies and how well they were taken care by their guide, sunset pictures and having a memorable experience; I would rate this experience unfavorably, with a score of 5/10, and would not recommend this guide to others.

Fantastic experience: It took me a long time to decide which operator and tour to go with. There are so many options at varying price ranges. I would say OceanAir is mid range and delivered a great experience with very little to no unexpected additional costs. We were three adults and three kids (age 5, 4, 1). Overall it was a really good experience. Many different acitvies and a great BBQ at the end. I would say if my kids were slightly older they probably would have gotten more out of it. They may have been a little too young to fully overcome the fatigue that comes with the desert heat and blowing sand. There was some crankiness but otherwise they also had a good time. My one year was carried throughout the whole experience as strollers don't work and he participated more and better than I expected. Good communication through WhatsApp to arrange and complete pickup. Our guide was Nasser. He was friendly, efficient and informative. He made an effort to ensure we were enjoying each part of the tour. After pickup, we were driven to an area where you could purchase time to drive an ATV or a dune buggy. You get 35 minutes and there is a guide you follow through the desert or a specific route. Throughout the route there are stops for drinks and photos. Some of the vehicle options were decently prices but others were very expensive. We saw it as a once in a lifetime thing so we decided to do a 4 person buggy so our kids could join. Afterwards, we were driven to a different location for the dune bashing. This is where your guide drives you through the desert in the 4x4 they picked you up in. They do some tricks and wild driving that was nore exciting and fun than I expected. Our guide did tame the experience since we had little kids. Afterwards, we parked in the desert for sand boarding and more photos. This was really fun and something for all ages. Kids can sit on the boards if they are too little to stand. I saw most adults give it a try. It was really a very serene and calming experience to be in the middle of the desert and to be exposed to such a different geological environment than the one we're used to in Canada. After this part, we were driven to the camp where we were offered a short camel ride, a chance to feed baby camels, henna, shisha, coffee, tea, appetizers and a BBQ dinner. It was really a nice setup. There were shaded open air rooms and dinner tables with poufs arranged in a circular pattern so that everyone could have a view of the stage where there was a Tanour and fire show performance. Both performances were very good and entertaining. The last part was a five minute rest and relaxation moment before we went back to the car. Our guide drove us back to our airbnb.

Fantastic experience: We are first time Dubai travellers having a very good time over here in UAE. But without a doubt our second day was the most amazing one thanks to our 7 hours desert safari with the fabulous Ramzan from Oceanair Travels. The communication from start to end was excellent. Even a question from us by email a few hours before the tour was answered promptly. Ramzan picked us up at our hotel at the designated time and gave us a very structured overview of our tour during our drive to the first stop, where we could refresh ourselves with tea, coffee and cold soft drinks. At this first stop we were able to book a desert buggy and test our own driving skills in the sand. So much fun. But that’s not a must do. You can also just chill and enjoy the first glance of the desert. The guide who accompanied us with the buggy made sure that we take a lot of great pictures with us. Throughout this whole stop Ramzan kept an eye on us and made sure that we are ok. Next “stop” was off road driving in the desert. That really ist not for the faint hearted but with Ramzan’s excellent driving skills we felt safe and had so much fun. Nevertheless on the way back we had to ask him to go a bit easier on us. So that also is possible ;-) In these wonderful surroundings we did some sand boarding and Ramzan took a few beautiful pictures of us. Last stop of the day was the camp where we got to know some beautiful camels, were able to witness quite nice entertainment and had a really good dinner in a very beautiful atmosphere. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. We would have stayed the whole night. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Ramzan took such great care of us and made sure we didn’t miss a single thing. THANK YOU! We will be back.

Fantastic experience: We took their full day tour to Abu Dhabi and it was a great tour which is well organised, provides plenty of knowledge and is comfortable. It’s a very long day and by the time you’re back at your hotel you may be lacking the energy to do anything else that evening, but its well worthwhile. The hotel pick up was on time, with great communication in the days and hours leading up it which allayed any fears. There was a detailed itinerary provided during the booking process but it was nice for this to be proactively tweaked on the day to best avoid the crowds. The guide was really passionate and very knowledgeable, providing all sorts of additional information about the country and cultures as well as the sights, and was able to answer all the questions the group asked. The bus was comfortable and plentiful bottles of water were offered throughout. Necessary clothing items were arranged in the right sizes with ease and it has to be the best way possible to see all the main sights in Abu Dhabi. If you’re up for a full day tour then this is the one to pick and offers great value.

Fantastic experience: We booked online a half-day morning Desert Safari, Camel Ride tour with Quad Bike as option, organized by OceanAir Travels. We were greeted at the hotel for pickup by Zahid Hussain, the tour guide in his 4x4 vehicle. Fortunately for us on that day, it was just our family to the whole vehicle. Zahid, the tour guide, was excellent, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour, encouraging us to explore all available options. He was good at photography, and we were lucky to get the best of our photos on sand dunes, clicked by him. Thoroughly enjoyed the dune bashing and sandboarding, as well was able to experience Quad Biking. Equally loved the camel ride, and the guide who took us on that ride was very considerate, allowing us to click pics along the way. Soft drinks, dates, and Arabic coffee were served. We also had the chance to hold the Falcon on our hand, a perfect opportunity for a photo. The tour was punctual and the experience was worth all along, thanks to the guide.

Fantastic experience: I booked city tour from Dubai to Abu Dhabi Had an amazing experience with our guide Ramadan (name of our tour guide) who guided us telling the fun facts about Abu Dhabi and the residents. He was so helpful to the group whenever we needed pictures or be it any other issue related to security checkin and all. We were accompanied by the best guide I'd say. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience had by my wife and I, we experienced the Dubai Red Dunes ATV, Camels, and BBQ. From being picked up by Shanif our tour guide who looked after us the entire time to being taken home. Thank you Shanif for all of your attention and respect. The ATV was super fun and seeing the Camels, experiencing the traditional coffee and sweet and holding a Falcon. The BBQ in the desert camp and watching the entertainment was outstanding. Fantastic experience: Exceptional! We booked the "Premium Red Dunes, Camel Safari & 3 Cuisines Buffet at Al Khayma Camp" tour and opted for a private car since we were traveling with two small children and did not want to experience very extreme dune bashing. The service from the hotel pick-up to the drop-off was exceptional. I particularly want to highlight our guide and driver, Sajith, who was very professional and always attentive to any issues. He provided us with invaluable information about Dubai, the UAE, and many topics of interest. As I told him, he seemed like a living encyclopedia . I also want to acknowledge the attention and care provided by Hakeem at the camp; he was attentive at all times to ensure we lacked nothing. He even went to fetch the kids who were playing in the dunes at dinner time; we truly felt very well cared for at all times . In conclusion, I recommend this tour for its good organization; they do not use camps shared with other tours, and the food is of great quality. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: Had a great time with these guys. 20 hours to kill in transit so decided to go one their desert safari. It was a very nice experience. Our guide Wahab was awesome. Besides being a funny and accommodating guy, he was a mean dune basher, he showed us some big dunes and had some great driving skills. Highly recommended.

He was friendly, professional, and an absolute wealth of knowledge. The facts that Mostafa spoke about were both interesting and showed his obvious passion for UAE's past, present, and future. The tour itself allowed for ample time at each stop and hit Abu Dhabi's highlights. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We got the contact from our friends who went on a 7-hour dessert trip. They absolutely loved it so we decided to go by ourselves as well, taking our guests from Poland we were having at that time. We booked and paid and then one of our kids got sick. OceanAir Travels rescheduled our trip and then, on the rescheduled trip our guest's kid got sick... OceanAir Travels accepted our cancellation and gave us all money back which was so generous of them because they did not have to. Next time we are having guests we will definitely book a trip with OceanAir Travels, because they have earned our trust!

Fantastic experience: We booked an overnight desert stay and it was an amazing experience. The service of Oceanair from beginning to end was excellent. Special shout-out to Willy at the camp; my kids had wanted to do some sand-surfing which was negotiated in our package (but not generally done at the camp). Willy made special arrangements so my young ones could have this experience. We loved our tent and the food was amazing. Facilities were super clean and convenient. I would advise that for dinner, you eat quickly, because not a ton of time is allotted, and some dishes ran out. Breakfast was served directly for us (set serving) and it was a more relaxed affair. We were very happy with all the meals provided and would certainly be happy to eat there again. The entertainment was nice - as others have noted, it's just a single performer at a time. They were certainly skilled, but may have been nicer to have more at once. This excursion was probably the highlight of our one-week tour in Dubai. I would wholeheartedly recommend OceanAir for anyone looking for a desert experience!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time at the overnight stay safari. Our guide IMRAN was very funny and informative. He drove us through the desert safely while having a lot of fun. The pictures he took of us were very good and he always made sure we tried everything out. He took very good care of us.All in all a great experience!! Especially the food was very delicious and they had a variety of options (vegan and vegetarian too). Would definitely recommend!!

Negative experience: A few days ago, while on vacation in Dubai, we bought a safari trip. we chose a 7-hour trip, full option. Everything looked good... the driver came to pick us up at the hotel. A four-person family from Italy was waiting outside our hotel and was traveling with us. When we reached the first place where there were quads, it turned out that we could only ride on the quads in a closed area. and if we want to go to the desert, we have to pay extra money. We were surprised because we bought the full offer options. it was not written anywhere that we had to ride in an area closed by a fence. after a discussion with our driver, who tried to convince us that we had not read the offer. which is not true. after talking to the manager, he agreed to let us go to the open desert. our driver was causing a lot of confusion and mess during our safari. he said something that made no sense. he was very chaotic. he pushed us a lot. while sandboarding, he insulted a woman who did not want to use this option. he said "how you want to lose weight, if you don't want to do it", then the driver took photos of everyone in the dunes... he told everyone to do the taught poses. and he said to a given woman "let's see if you will jump, and he laughed that someone was a little fatter." On the way to the camp there was a stop for a few minutes. the driver started insulting the woman and telling other safari participants that she was big. he moves people in the car to other seats because this woman is a bit bigger. this is rude and impudent behavior of this driver. who didn't pay attention to the fact that he was causing inconvenience and ruining someone's holiday. people don't pay for such pleasures and the lack of culture on the part of the organizers. there were other much bigger women in the camp... maybe they had some problems or were sick. (who were not insulted by anyone) sometimes it's worth thinking and keeping your mouth shut. lack of culture and respect. terrible man

Fantastic experience: Mustafa my tour guide is very very very knowledgeable. I think of all full day trips I ve travelled all over the world, he has gone beyond my expectations of a guide. And many who were with me on the Wednesday morning for our trip to Abu Dhabi, will agree nonetheless. I was expecting to sleep on the bus before arriving at our 1st destination, but he started his storytelling, I just cannot go to sleep after that cos it's so interesting, every tourist stop or historic building tat we passed. He has something to share and share with pride as how u see it from a local perspective. That is what I called top notch expertise. Had a wonderful time... And it's not rush through trip. So I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful desert safari experience. Our guide Shibab welcomed us very kindly. Picked up from our hotel by 4x4 jeep. We were also greeted wonderfully at the meeting point. There were plenty of treats. We also had the falcon experience. Those who wished could also go on a safari with an ATV or quad bike. We had a very fun tour in the red sand desert. Our guide and driver were very experienced. He took our photos at each stop. It was very helpful. We skated by boarding in the sand. We took photos in the desert. Then we went to an elite camp called Al Khayma Camps. They welcomed us wonderfully at the entrance. We fed camels. We traveled with a camel caravan. Tea, coffee, lokma and hookah were served. Henna was done. Photos were taken in Arab clothes. There were dishes from 3 different cuisines (Emirati, Arab, Moroccan). We ate all of them from the open buffet. Afterwards, we ate wonderful desserts. Unlimited soft drinks and water were also offered. There were three different dance shows. We even used telescopes to observe the stars. All of this was included in the price. We didn't pay any extra money. Everyone was very polite. Afterwards, we were dropped off at our hotel with the vehicle we arrived at. Our guide Shibab was very attentive and helpful. He answered all our questions. He told us about the surroundings along the way. We recommend the tour you take with OceanAir Travel. As a camping site, Al khayma camps is wonderful. We definitely recommend it. We shot lots of videos. We will publish it on YouTube so that many people choose this tour company.

Fantastic experience: Desert Tour: This was my first desert tour on a quad bike and it was incredible. From the punctual pick-up to the experience itself, everything was well organized. Many thanks at this point also to our guide ANTHONY EROSH. He looked after our well-being and the quad tour with him was more than exciting. We were able to drive through the desert at speed and he also showed us around the camp and gave us a great time. Thanks to the whole Ocean Air Travel team. City Tour: After my first tour, I immediately booked another city tour with Ocean Air Travel. Robert as our German tour guide and Firoz as our driver also made this tour an unforgettable experience. Robert gave us all the important information about the city and answered all our questions. The tour was varied, you see all the important spots in Dubai and get good snacks to try in between. I can only recommend these tours. Thanks at this point to Robert, who offered us an entertaining and eventful city tour and to Firoz, who drove us safely and quickly through the city.

Positive experience: The experience with our tour guide Hamid was great. Even though the 7 hrs desert tour in Dubai had a rather tight schedule, I never felt stressed. There were many activities, and the price is reasonable for what you get. I whish they'd extend the camal ride for the package I booked, though, as it is far too short - lasts not even 2 minutes. So, if camel riding is a priority for you, then consider a dedicated package. The dinner buffet was incredible - plenty of delicious vegetarian and meat choices! Overall well organised tour. Pick up and drop off.

Fantastic experience: What an experience from the word go! Our local guide Habib is a very experienced guide, dune driver, "photographer" and very knowledgeable in his field! He made sure we were at the right time on certain places to take the best photos... Without him the whole ride would have been dull... We had so much fun from the dune buggies, desert safari, camel ride, dancers, fire show, out of this world food, mint tea and Arabic coffee! Thank you for making a wonderful memory with us Habib and showing us everything we need to do and try! I would really suggest this tour to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: I recently booked a desert safari trip with OceanAir Travels, opting for a shared experience as a solo traveler. I was a bit concerned when booking online, not sure about their service quality. But after the trip, I changed my mind because their service was excellent. I got to try dune bashing and a camel ride for the first time, and it was really thrilling. A big part of why it was so great was my guide, Jaseem. He was super friendly, shared interesting information during the trip, and was an excellent driver. I highly recommend giving this experience a try.

Fantastic experience: We did the dessert safari, with dune bashing, quad biking (extra fee), sandboarding and the Alkhayma Camp. It was an excellent adventurous experience and the camp was just awesome. Very good organisation during the camp stay, excellent food, and sanitary installation. Food and drinks were included. Buffet with enough food and a variety of Emerati, Arabic and Moroccon kitchen, barbecue and delicious desert. This desert safari is worth its price, every AED of it. The whole staff was friendly and attentive, you could tip staff if you want, but there is no obligation. Our driver Rafeeq was there for us, great driver, dune bashing was so much fun. And later on he explained everything in the camp. Like the rest of the stuff, super attentive. This was a once in a live experience for us.
