Everything is well organised, no hassle. Equal treatment for all Zaireen. Maximum time, Request is considered (if any). Good and clean Hotels are selected for Zaireen stay and comfort. Special mention for Sania Ji in Dubai office (as serat), Ashiq Ali bhai and Zaheer bhai in Mumbai Mohsin in Iraq (hyderabadi), Janab, Inam Raza for his guidance and for showering and enlightened zikr of Ahlulbayt a.s.w.s on all Maqamaat. Negative experience: Unprofessional…. The agent was rude and unpolite…. No value for customer … I Don’t recommmend to talk to them as they don’t talk u respectfully. They have loads and loads of attitude. I just hope they should learn some basics customer care etiquette !!! Never ever visit them again…!
