Fantastic experience: Nice guy, waiting with name outside arrival gate. Good communication via email during the process. Only criticism: he left me at the wrong departure gate, didn’t seem to be a recent gate change, so he probably should have looked at the board. Thank goodness I did! But as a follow up, the greeter checked and made sure I found the right gate. Well done!!

Negative experience: I asked about some assistance at the airport and was provided with a quite to the value of USD8.5K. And you think this is good value.

Negative experience: Badly communication with transport partners, do not pay for agreed and ordered extra hours. They call you when they need, when you need them to pay and ask questions, Airssist do not answer!

Fantastic experience: This was the 2nd time I have used Air Assist and it is a must for starting your trip in a welcoming easy way! After a total of 32 hours of travel seeing Air Assist driver with my name on the sign once I got off the plane was wonderful. He carried my luggage, guided me through the process of getting my Visa On Arrival, helped me fill out customs form on my phone so I could pass through easy and after immigration he had contacted my driver and walked me to their car. Easy & Great VALUE!

Negative experience: They wanted $832 USD for a meet and greet service - full service - even at $100 it is pricey - $832 is INSANE. Are they only doing this service for millionaires who can't afford a private jet. CRAZY. AVOID unless you enjoy wasting your money for next to nothing!!!!

Fantastic experience: As a professional of tourism we do use often Airssist. Usually the service if fully rendered. However, when there was a problem in Nice, which was finally solved. It was difficult, but I have seen with other files that they have improved themselves since then. You can trust them . They now achieved theo goal and do their best. Thank you to airssist for their helpful cooperation.

Fantastic experience: We were changing planes in LHR on Sep 23, 2023. Roy was supposed to assist my wife to transfer from the arrival gate to the departure gate. However, things went terribly wrong, we missed our connection by 15 minutes, Roy went above and beyond, he helped us to get a hotel, so we were not stranded in the airport for the next 12 hours, without his help we won't be able to navigate the system with our limited knowledge of the English language. We hope that Roy will be recognized and rewarded for his dedication and attention to his clients.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked this service for my mother who was travelling to Australia from Dublin via Abu Dhabi. I found Airssist to be extremely prompt in answering any queries and I had a lot as it’s my first time booking this type of service so I did not know what to expect. I would recommend that Airssist make it clearer for departure services when service commences and how to pre arrange meeting times. My mother was very happy with the service and it really eased her nerves about flying on her own. Once in Abu Dhabi she was met straight off the plane and helped all the way to the boarding gate. Negative experience: Not sure how every single review is 5 star. Wondering if these are real reviews. I called the company to ask about wheelchair assistance because the info wasn't clear on the site. The first thing the person tells me is to send an email. But I said we're already talking and he should be able to help me with my query. When asked about the wheelchair, he said they can't help with that. So not sure how this is a helpful service.

I booked the service for Departure at DXB, because the airport was super crowded. A friendly greeter was waiting for me at the airport entrance, he took my bags, escorted me through all airport procedures without having to wait on any queue, so i finished the check-in, security checks and immigration in few minutes only! Then he helped me access the airport lounge where i enjoyed the relaxing and luxurious facilities, till the departure time, when the greeter came again to take me to the plane. Fantastic experience: I have used Air Assist a number of times and have had a great experience. With airport insanity around the world you never know what kind of a disaster you are walking into. I use Air Assist to insure my experience is seamless, that I get through security and customs without delay. There have been times when I have been escorted past hundreds of people waiting in line. Fantastic experience: Great service and a must at CDG. Very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. My flight was half hour late but no stress because I had Airssist. They were waiting for me at the end of the sky bridge with my name. Professional and personable, Adrian new exactly where to go. I just followed. Completely stress free. Fantastic experience: Great Service and Assistance for Family! We booked the service with airssist for our whole family, and we are thankful that I have made a right choice by using their website. I travelled with a Senior Citizen and child, but airssist help me to have a hustle free journey and airport formalities not to mention that they have a team available 24/7 to answers all my questions. The gate assigned to our flight is quite too far, in this, the buggy did a great help to make it smoother. Airssist team did not promise the buggy as this is own by the airport authorities which we understood as they have explained it to us clearly, but they ensure that our request will be put on high priority and we got it during the service. We are amazed on their professionalism and great attention to our request. We’re glad to used their service and we will no longer travel without airssist assistance. We corresponded several times before my travel to ensure all the required paperwork was in place. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have used airssist to meet our family members at the gate when they arrive at PTY. Both times we have had Luis as our greeter. He has made everyone’s first time to Panama a stress free and an enjoyable experience. All we have to do is go to the parking lot and wait for Luis to call us. I can’t say enough about how much of a great representative of your company he is. I hope he is there again in August when more family arrives to visit our coffee farm in Alto Quiel. Fantastic experience: Efficient and fast. I came to Bucharest airport in the most busiest time of season in mid July when all people are running to seaside. Well. I was very lucky to be met by airport representative who took me in hidden shortcuts as well my suitcase. It took us may be 10 min not more than that to get out of airport. Other people stood 1 hr in a line. Yep. 1 hour only to check passport. Highly recommend airssist services. Its precious. Especially in a rush hour. And in particular for short transits.

Very professional and very nice Jean-Claude met us at our gate at CDG in Paris and got us through security, passport control and eventually to a different terminal. He even carried my wifes carry-on tote. He brought us past the line at security knowing we had less than an hour between flights. He got us to our gate in plenty of time.
