Fantastic experience: بداية وانا ابحث عن يخت خلال المواقع اتصلت على رقم احدى الشركات وابصراحة ترددت وبعدها شفت رقم واتصلت عليه رد علي احد الموظفين عربي الجنسية اسمه احمد عبدالله لأنه طرشلي صور اليخت والموقع واسمه وقالي لو احتجت اي شي كلمني قمة في الاحترام واسلوبه راقي ولبق جدا وكنت ابحث بكل امانه عن سعر مناسب وبتوفيق من الله ساعدني والي خلاني اكتب التعليق قالي بس بقولك شيء انت جاي أكيد طريق على شان تركب اليخت ممكن توصل وقت يكون احد اليخوت انحجز لأني كنت ابغي الحجز لمدة ساعة وجزاه الله كل خير ما قصر معاي ووصلت الحمدلله وكلمته على شان يكلم الموظف الي في مكتب المارينا مكان انطلاق اليخت وكانت رحلة مع العائلة رووعه اللهم لك الحمد استأنسنا

Fantastic experience: Ive been on many yachts, buy honestly this was the first time we enjoy the classy serviece having 4 people in board to serve us and help us , the yacht is very clean, the toilets , the serfuce , every thing was amazing as for the trip! Now, as for the booking, i delt with mr mohamad al abdalla, and he was super helpful! Accurate, and clear with all info ! I would recommend this to my friends ! Thx alot

Negative experience: Very bad experience What ever you see in pictures don’t believe. Not recommended for anyone Pay your money for nothing, you gonna lose money and your time, we coming from far away for enjoying, but only stress and nerves Sunday Trip ( Eliete 5) Upon your question admin it was a bad trip and after we start the trip we asked the captain why you are walking slowly… He told us only 1 engine is working and when we asked him why you didn’t tell Us before…. And he said Already sales Manger know before starting the trip and no one informed Us …the captain also told us this trip only for entertainment but we already booked for fishing I didn’t advise anyone to go with them…they have also false promises.

Fantastic experience: A superb experience with this company from beginning to end. From the moment we booked Rowena was superb and excellent in terms of her communication and speed. We then arrived at the beautiful boat which was spotless and the crew couldn’t be more helpful. Captain Joebert and the rest of the crew could not look after us more from serving food and drinks to helping us in and out of the water and laying towels etc. Five star service with a smile and a sense of humour too! I have been on their boats before as a friend uses them frequently and kindly recommended and each time seems faultless. As long term residents I wish we’d known to use them before but will be sure to in future and to also recommend. Thank you to all of you.

Negative experience: The biggest fraud very disappointed, maybe they are good for charter, I don’t know but for fishing dont even try, i think they bought their fishing tackles from 2 dirham store. Nothing works no hooks no lures no line we spent the time looking at each other wondering what a disappointment, the captain in Doubts have no clue what fishing, is not prepared, no fishing spot, i have to use my phone app to diret them, The fish finder is still black and white, older than me probably, without Transducer. what a disappointment, few rusted hooks and reels that dont adjust probably never been washed or made not to be adjusted, the first Turn the nop or handle fell off. What a Fraud never even try, they took our money and start wondering when we complained. As if they did mot know what Rubbish boat and service they are offering. They should have refunded us at least and close their doors. The only bad memory i took from Dubai. 500 dollars gone the Drain.

Positive experience: The crew are awesome. Very helpful and provides excellent service. I was just not happy with the yacht that was assigned to me. It was not as pictured. Totally different from the photos that I was told Im gonna get.

Negative experience: I paid 1400 for a poor decoration. They served water and coke for us and water tastes plastic like as they stored it in a hot place or exposed it to the sun ‍ Not worthy and not recommended and very disappointing cuz for me it was a very special occasion for the special person and they promised me for an amazing decoration, plus the photos they sent me was so nice and shown that there will be many balloons but I surprised that it was like few balloons only , so it was disappointing

Negative experience: We booked Elite7 yatch and the experience was not very good, what they showed in pictures before booking and what we found in the yatch were completely different, the yatch is not clean, there are used water bottles everywhere, crew personal belongings in the room, there were no soft drinks apart from bottled water, one of the seats was partly broken, the trip started 20 minutes late than scheduled and ended just before the scheduled time. The overall experience was not satisfactory.

Negative experience: Our trip did not even start and chaos have presented itself. We book a big boat and 6 am we get the info that we are getting a small boat, them from 20 guests we can only accommodate 16, Person in charge dosent answer , captain is great and calm but management and coordination is terrible, Not recommended at all. Delay Loss of sun rise Frustration Xmas party unfortunately damaged with bad memories

Fantastic experience: Been Many times to Dubai Marina and i always comes to Elite Charter as follows: number 1 , they always gives us the best service.. they make sure that they are giving their 110 % customer service. 2nd it is very comfortable talking to their agent specially Aisha and well explained their company offer and such a happy and jolly person. Lastly to their Crew and Captain , even they feel tired like i know for a fact they are dead tired because of their busy schedule but still manage to do their job properly with a smile of course!
