Negative experience: Extremely weird experience with poor customer care!!!!!! I have reached out to this company (using number provided on the website) in order to request a partnership with them for the Business Travel requests for my company. They did not pick up the call at first, then I have received a call that I was not able to pick up, so I had to call back. Lady picked without an introduction who and wat she is. When I told her that I am returning the call, she said that she is returning my call back and laughed that "so we are just returning each other calls. She sound not welcoming and not interested in making any kind of business, I am not even talking about descent politeness and customer service. I have introduced myself and said that I was actually looking for a company to be a supplier for my travel requests, however from her previous response I don't think that Business Travel LLc is a good enough supplier. SHE LAUGHED AGAIN AND SAID "ALRIGHT DEAR, I JUST THOUGHT IT IS MY FRIEND CALLING OR SMTH"!!!!! After she was done laughing I have asked what is her name and position: Samaya - Business Development manger for leisure. Big shame for such an employee and company!
