Fantastic experience: Great day out in the desert. 4wd on the sand was fun. Had a go at sand boarding and camel ride. The buffet dinner and shows were fantastic. Well worth it.

Fantastic experience: We were picked up right on time at 4:30 for the sunrise tour. Our tour guide was very pleasent and knowledgeable . The desert is beautiful at sunrise and standing on top of a dune at this time was a great experience. We were dropped back at out hotel in time for breakfast. All in all a great time was had by all of us and would recommend anyone travelling through dubai to do it.

Our tour guide, Muhammad, made this trip even more special. His expertise, knowledge, and friendly demeanor made us feel extremely comfortable and safe. Muhammad shared fascinating insights about the desert and took us to some unique spots that are not usually seen by tourists. From the very start of the tour, we were provided with excellent service. We traveled in a comfortable vehicle and were shown many interesting places along the way. The sunset view in the desert was absolutely breathtaking, and the camp activities that followed, including delicious food and entertaining performances, rounded off our day perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend Premium Desert Safari and our guide Muhammad. If you’re looking for an amazing desert experience, you should definitely try them out. It will be an experience you’ll never forget!

Fantastic experience: The service was great. Everything mentioned in the highlights/package was provided. Picked up on time by our driver and host of Safari, Syed Saqlain Shah. Enjoyed his company a lot, he was very social and continously engaged with us throughout the tour. My family and kids were very comfortable because of his good behaviour. Dune bashing was at Lehbab Dessert for almsot 25-30 minutes as promised, very thrilling & highly entertaining. We enjoyed quad bike's ride at "Javid Bhai ki Buggy" Saqlain Shah helped us a lot there as well. Mr. Shah took photos for us, take the kids for sand boarding while me and my wife were at the safari camp for photoshoot. Camel ride, Hina tattoo, pics with falcon every thing was provided. The buffet dinner was almost OK. The shows were exceptional, specially the Fire Show, kids enjoyed a lot. I will always recommend Premium Dessert Safari with Syed Saqlaim Shah.

Fantastic experience: Memorable Desert Safari trip. Our guide Latif Jan, very experienced guide and quite a safe driver. Icing on the cake was the dune bashing(gliding on sand dunes) in addition to the ATV RIDES. Carry sufficient water , cover your face with keffieyeh ( soft cloth) to prevent sand blasting of your face while dune buggy /ATV ride. Not a good idea to take a big lunch just before the ride. Worthwhile to prep the driver of the level of adventure of the group in the vehicle wants to experience.

The dune bashing was exhilarating, and our skilled driver made sure we felt safe throughout the ride. The sunset over the dunes was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for some amazing photos. The camp activities were equally enjoyable. We loved the camel rides, sandboarding, and the chance to try traditional Arabic attire. The entertainment was top-notch, especially the mesmerizing belly dance and tanoura performances. The dinner buffet was delicious, offering a variety of authentic dishes that everyone in our family enjoyed. The hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding, making this desert safari a truly premium experience. Negative experience: We had the tour on Dec 31 and honestly we felt like everything after dunes bashing was rushed. Ahmed was our guide. We reached the camp and were just taking some photos, and suddenly came to know that dance performances have started. We had to change the Arabian dress and rush for dances. Then everything was so mismanaged after this.. Our seating was not good, and we had to change our seats. Food was announced in between and we couldnt even see the second dance properly as everyone just stood up and blocked our view. Even we were rushed to finish fast as the program ended early for new year. We asked you before if anything will be rushed and you said it should be ok. But this was a rushed experience for us.We came to know that the evening program was cut down for the new year eve. If you would have told us this honestly, we could have booked for 1st Jan instead.. Right?But we felt that this experience was not worth what we paid you. This is such a shame as were promised a decent show and you should have told us that new years eve will impact it. You asked us to pay 800 AED for two people which was super expensive for what was offered.

Fantastic experience: The organisation of the afternoon was very professional and the agent and driver gave us regular updates. We were punctually picked up by Ahmad, our driver and host for the afternoon. His company was highly entertaining, he was sociable and engaged throughout: from the jokes, to the fun facts during the drive. However what stands out above the rest was his photography skills. He took the most amazing sunset photos - capturing our special anniversary and first international family holiday. It was the most exceptional way to start our holiday.The quad biking was thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family, followed by a lovely dinner and entertainment. Ahmad ensured we were seated in a very good location close to the stage. It was a fun afternoon and I highly recommend Ahmad and the team at Dubai Travel and Tourism.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely, trying this experience is a must. I highly recommend booking an extra activity like a buggy ride—don't forget to cover your face or use glasses, especially if it's your first time. If you're interested in sandboarding, ask your guide about it while in the desert. Our was very helpful, providing explanations upon reaching the camp and taking a lot of pictures. Consider the premium package; though a bit pricier, it offers a wider variety of food options, which is beneficial if you're vegetarian. We decided to pass on camel riding—none of our crew was up for it. I guess it's a pretty personal choice. P.S.: Watch out for the "falcon guys"; they'll snap pics with the falcons and then hit you with a bill, even in the middle of the desert you’ll pay with the card :) 30,00 per person

Fantastic experience: It was worth every penny!!! Desert safari was definitely the highlight of Dubai visit for us & the safari tour was made even pleasant by our tour guide Mr Huzaifa!! He was very detail oriented about the plan throughout the day and focused to get us most out of our package. Little things matters and that’s what Mr Huzaifa was all about, he was very considerate about the car temperature, music, water-bottles, tickets for quad bikes, offering photography and very informative. Overall, very efficient to book the package and good service by the team!

Negative experience: Let me start in detail-I have booked most luxurious trip with private car ( hummer with more extra money ) It was just disaster . Car was 1990 model , with horrible smell inside . Driver gave us stop at local store to used wash room where from front door you smell , water was out till door of washroom . With kids I won’t suggest anyone to step in at this kind store. ( I’m sure they must getting commission to get passenger ) . Desert was nice , nothing special . Camp was nothing special. On the way back they took 1 and half hour from camp to Burj Al Arab. Very slow things.

Fantastic experience: The experience was the best, I’ve never had one like it. The driver was great. He knew how to treat us. Everything that is stated is included which is a plus. I would definitely recommend! He let us have our own music which helps encourage the experience!

Negative experience: We signed up for five people, but one of us couldn't go to Dubai. We applied for a refund many days in advance, they agreed and promised that the money would arrive within 4 working days. After we came back from the trip, they said they couldn't give a refund to anyone, and then disappeared. Go back on your word and have no integrity. At the same time, the desert jeep took us to a dangerous place. The car was stuck in the desert and could not get out. We did not enjoy the scenery or take photos at all. We were asked to help push the car. We were in such a mess that we were almost hit by a car coming from above. It was too bad. Yes, not recommended at all. Bad review

Fantastic experience: Hi, I took the adventure travel recently with Mr. Huzaifa. He is one of the best drivers in Dubai. He entertains you with lot of information. He is one of few drivers who do not use GPS as he knows the route well. The adventure was great. Met friends from other countries. The food taste could be improved in desert camp though. Overall, it was a memorable experience.

We were well looked after by Muhammad who picked us up from our hotel and was a great guide for the afternoon/evening. Highlight was the dune bashing with some great photo opportunities in the desert as the sun was setting. The BBQ and entertainment were obviously a bit touristy but fun for all ages. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience with this Dubai Travel tourism company as the quality of food they provided was extremely poor. The meals were tasteless, poorly cooked, and lacked any semblance of freshness. It significantly marred what could have been an enjoyable trip. The lack of attention to food quality was disappointing and affected our overall perception of the entire service. Improvement in their culinary offerings is essential for future customers to have a better experience.

Positive experience: I liked the service. A long exploration of dessert and . Transportation was also very clean and professional driver .Quad bike riding was fun . I wish they offered breakfast also with this package. I would like to give it a 5 star but camel ride was very short like 1 minute or a bit more ,should include breakfast . Other than that it’s a must try for couple and young groups

Negative experience: The staff was super nice and we had a good guide. But we didn’t ask for buggy ride and we had to wait at a very packed place with lots of salesmen and people before going to the desert. Dune bashing was fun and sand boarding was fun but we had to ask for it and seemed a bit stressed. At the camp the food was good, very nice staff but they very under pressure and almost ran from place to place. the entertainment was good. We didn’t like that we had to pay for henna as we understood it was included. We could get one free henna but it was not that nice and there was no effort put in to it by the lady. We almost felt like it was inconvenient for her. We spend the night at the camp and the accommodation was not that good. The sleeping bags was dirty and smelly. And the AC only worked by on/off. We woke up in a camp full of leftovers from the day before. Not what expected from a night in the desert. We were promised breakfast but there was only hard boiled eggs, some sausages and some bread without anything to put on it. We have tried other desert companies and I would not recommend this.
