Negative experience: Vacation is meant for happiness, and it should begin with cheerful people who are eager to serve with a joyful attitude. I won't recommend this agency at all. Whoever is using the number +971581672333 doesn't know how to treat customers. I wanted to share a screenshot, but the option isn't available. This person didn't answer any of my questions and kept sending attachments. This is what this rude person wrote: "What do you want more?" This person isn't loyal to his job. "I sent you details, and you are not checking them properly." This sentence suggests that this person has been treated badly, so he is treating others the same way. "If you know how to read, check the details mentioned." This person isn't ashamed to insult their customers. These messages made me realize that this company has individuals who are disrespectful ,frustrated and sad.

She did not try to show any attitude on you however the words you copied here is not acceptable from any one of our team . Hence the management has warned the concerned employee and suggested her to use more polite and cheerful words than what was mentioned above by you. The employee you have mentioned is actually best and well known for customer service, expertise, hardword and a lot of clients had appreciated her for her support and services, even in the google reviews you can notice this with her name mentioned by few clients. I totally agree with your comment "Vacation is meant for happiness, and it should begin with cheerful people who are eager to serve with a joyful attitude." Alrihla Global Tours has given utmost focus on the training of it's employees on this basis especially. We are dealing with hundreds of different clients on daily basis who are naturally different in personality and attitude. Very few among the clients are too much annoying and do not consider employee side atleast as a human being. We always train our employees to be pleasent and customer oriented at any worst situation. I can assure as a team leader that each and every employees of us are very much kind and supporting. Kindly consider the incident related with you as a humar error, and pardon us for that. Most of the comments in the google page is showing very clearly that our employees are very helpful, supporting and professional. however, we respect your valued words to improve and develop our end further more. And Personally I thank you for your efforts to bring and escalate your personal experience to the management.

Negative experience: This office is not professional at all, told me they are in the field 20 years back but my experience with them was Not! All just to make y accept the way make them take money from people and make excuses for that. Be careful ! Dear Ms. Rana,Alrihla Global Tours Totally Accept the unfortunate incident happened to you and fines incurred to you.As per UAE Immigration authorities of UAE, if the Tourist visa is rejected at any reason, the visa charges are NONREFUNDABLE. In your case, we applied Your mother and Father Visas together who were Iraqi Nationals. Mother’s visa we managed to get approved within 3 working days but Father visa held pending and got remarks to furnish Iraqi National ID as suppporting.Unfortunately, you could not submit Iraq ID as your father has been residing in Jordan for long time. Immigration authorities did not accept it. We tried our best using our PRO to convince this special situation. However, the authorities were requiring the latest Digital Iraqi ID which we failed to submit. This is the main reason for rejection.Earlier, we had a communication before submitting this visa application that where to apply, in Dubai immigration or Abu Dhabi Immigration. Abu Dhabi visa charges for inside renewal is economical than that of Dubai, however In Dubai, the approval chance is higher compared to Abu Dhabi. With the 100% consent of you, we applied in Abu Dhabi where the price is lesser and approval chance is 50-50%. But unfortunately, the visa was rejected. This was what really happened.Yes, We are in this same business of providing travel services for last 20 years with the grace of god alrihla global tours earned a good trust and reputation for quality services. However, we can move forward only with rules and regulations of Immigration authorities in the related countries. Hence, we have some limitations of course to get succeed all the applications we deal. This is a fact. Hence, we apologize and we stay with your loss and mental feelings you had on those days as we can understand your situation well. We will try to support you and offer you best service and open our doors in front of you if you still trust us and require any further help or support from our side.
