Fantastic experience: Flip Trip offered us a great deal on the Azerbaijan package, A quick call with Gautam of Flip trip gave us a good picture of the whole tour package - right from the Azerbaijan visa, airport transfers, hotel and the day to day itinerary. Once we confirmed the tour Flip trip worked like a clock with absolute precision and integrity. 1. Hotel booking with full details were shared with us 2. Azerbaijan visas were applied, clear instructions were given on the list of docs - Very simple. They arranged the E-visa within 3-4 days of all docs shared 3. Local contacts of the tour guides were shared with a WhatsApp group specifically created prior to our travel - this is to demonstrate the level of commitment to offer us a level of comfort. 4. Airport transfer was swift and easy, Hussain Ali was there at the Baku airport with the placard and the drive to hotel was 25 mins only. We were transported in a clean "Mercedes Vito". clean and well maintained vehicle. 5. Hotel was fairly good with Gautam getting us a an early check in. 6. The day of arrival we were given half day off. "Day Zero" 7. 1st day was local Baku tour - absolutely amazing - Baku city tour, it has a laid back/chilled city vibe. Local cuisine is of great quality, the country is adapt Euro lifestyle, but town and villages have more Russian feel. Museums, cafes. modern structures, little Venice, water fronts, carpet museums, 8. Gabala on day 2nd was amazing - pristine mountain ranges and lot of activities - horse riding, cable cars, great weather, waterfalls, shooting club, buggy rides and good food. 9. 3rd day was Absheron tour - Aztec temples, local handicrafts and souvenirs shopping, some great hand crafted clothing. 10. 4th day we good transferred to the airport - on time The local tour guides were punctual, patient and kind - not very typical of a tourist place - generally in some other places one can get rushed into. Overall we had a fantastic experience and all thanks to the team of Flip trip who has done an amazing job - It is one stop shop and a reliable travel organizer/partner. We wholeheartedly thank the entire Flip trip team, Ali, Mona, Zain & Xara

Fantastic experience: We booked two items with fliptrip. They came to our hotel and went through all the details with us. We booked the fountain show on the boat, which was an incredible experience. Yes you can watch free by the side but it’s not the same experience to be on the boat. We also booked the safari day we were picked up from the hotel, taken to the venue, we had camel rides, jeep riding in the desert. The show in the evening with priority seating, and food included, authentic it was a wonderful way to spend our last night in Dubai. Thank you for everything

Negative experience: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give this company zero stars I would. Beware of this company it’s a total scam! I purchase tickets from them for the museum of the future since it was sold out for weeks. They gave me misleading information and when I got to the museum the tickets were not valid. I tried talking to Fliptrip to refund me the money but they denied. I ended up having to pay double to go to the museum. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Fantastic experience: Went on a trip to Khasab.... now where do I start....first they got us a free room upgrade at one of the most scerene hotels in Khasab.... the stay was awesome next was the overnight dhow cruise....this was faaaaabbbbbb...swam with the fjords of the ME....saw t flippers flipping around and had amazing food on board..... all in all happy us...

Firstly, Tour pricing was very reasonable compared to all other travel companies with having lot of Hotel options for Turkey/Istanbul. Fantastic experience: Always wanted to try Hotair Balloon as my bucket list. The team was fantastic. This is must do if visiting Dubai! It's well organised with safety briefing before commencing. The hot air balloon ride was dreamy, and watching the sunrise from up in the clouds was unbelievable.A great way to start the day, you won't regret the early morning start. Worth every penny and the early start. Overall very happy and satisfied with the experience! Should give them a try! Must do on any trip to Dubai!
