Negative experience: Заказывали тур в пустыню через Туристино за 1200 дирхам ожидания не совпали с реальностью: водитель неприятный, постоянно что-то нам ворчал, привез нас сначала в точку с верблюдами, соколом, квадрациклами, магазинами, - за все это сверху еще нужно платить , там пробыли 40 минут дальше был выезд караваном из ~20 машин в пустыню , выгружают всех в одном месте (нормально не сфоткаешься , везде люди) , после нас повезли в camp (деревня бедуинов). На месте еще заплатили за вход в отдельную зону, чтобы сразу с дороги поесть (120 дирхам), на память скажу коктейли по 40, пиво 30-40, бесплатно был чай, кофе растворимый, вода, разбавленная сладкая газировка. Еды было немного, шашлыка выдавали маленький кусочек, куриную ножку крошечную, была картошка, овощи, салат - выбор всего небольшой. Бесплатный кальян был совсем плохим , еще сделала рисунок хной у очень уставшей от всех женщины. Шоу из трех номеров недолгое, довольно симпатичное как итог: не рекомендую, совсем не стоит того

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing driver - Khalid. He took us on time from the hotel, brought us to the desert safari site, delivered a skillful rollercoaster ride on the dunes with 7 people on reinforced Toyota Sequoia. Then took us to a Red Sands camp with dinner and live entertainment and finally brought us smoothly back to the hotel. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: We had booked our land package with Red Sand for Dubai. On the 17th, during the heavy rainfall in Dubai , we received excellent support right from the airport. Mr Sikandar (Team Head)was there, and our driver Noman Ali supported us a lot. Our entire tour went very smoothly, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for that.

Fantastic experience: 04/12/24 I went on a jeep safari for the first time. my voyage tour guides Bahadir and Olga said that there would be the best company that organizes such tours. It is very important for me. And it was 1000% justified: the atmosphere and the whole program were amazing, an excellent dinner at the campsite and a beautiful show for tourists were a wonderful end to the day. Special thanks to our driver Khalid, we were very lucky with him and with the weather, since the sands were after the rain, we were everywhere before everyone else and riding on the sands was amazing! Khalid has 14 years of experience and maneuvered the sandy slopes with confidence! On the eve of the trip, I was very afraid, but the fear disappeared and only happy emotions remained. I am attaching some happy photos, Khalid is also an excellent photographer, I was alone on the trip, but thanks to him I have some great photos. I will definitely go again. Choose only red sand from Voyage Tour.

Fantastic experience: Personal thanks to our guide Bashir. Great tour in terms of "value for money". Car trip through the desert with nice photo-stop point. BBQ is good enough, fireshow and belly dancing (not available during Ramadan). For extra price you can rent a 4-wheels bike or buggy to ride on the closed perimeter. There could be little queue for BBQ and camel riding, but it really depends on the moment you come there.

Negative experience: Омар - хороший водитель и человек, с ним было приятно. На этом всё. Пустыня 15 минут, а потом очередь из 100 человек на верблюда, кальян, ужин. Кофе растворимый, фиников нет. Короткое неинтересное шоу. Факир молодец, но ничего нового. Пожалела о времени и деньгах. Гид от Анекс нам описывал это совсем иначе.

Negative experience: We had very bad experience with this travel company. They were always in a hurry to pick and drop travellers and not able to understand our situations. Their support teams were very annoying and all time making us run to and from and not able to enjoy our trip. We recommend to not book through this agent and even donot come in touch with these agents.

Fantastic experience: Nice experience with Red sand team. The coordinators /guide specially Sunny and Mohammed were friendly and very helpful. Food at Lazzat dera restaurant was awesome, totally a best trip.

Negative experience: Pathetic experience.. all drivers are experienced and very polite . But coordinating team very bad . Poor communication skills. They are partners of travel triangle. Whose mistake dont know. However our iternary was turned totally upside down. And no one was ready to listen to any requests made.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. If you are on a vacation then most probably they will spoil it due to their hard timings for the cab/transfers and their rude behavior. Marina Cruise experience was pathetic, specially the food. Same with the safari, safari experience will be good which is common or generic if you are going for the first time but the camp provided by this company is horrible. Food is not good at all there.

Negative experience: If I can give this place -5 stars I would, they are absolutely worthless. From staff, to food, it literally cannot be worse. Honestly save your money, and your time, go somewhere else. All the employs are rude, and treat you like they’re doing you a favour, over charge you for EVERYTHING, than have the audacity to beg you for tips like bums. The package is expensive and they tell you everything is included, camel ride, food, etc. It’s a lie! they literally let you sit on it for a picture. When we got there, they seat us on the floor, and say if you want “vip” which is literally just a couch, it’s additional 100 aed. For dinner, they brought us a bit of rice, and 1 drumstick . We had 1 piece of kebab that was rancid and my wife had to spit out . Literally. They said drinks are included, they offered us old warm pop and warm water. The staff are all rude and they treat you like you owe them money or something. Tips are EARNED. Biggest scam! Don’t go!!!!

Нам очень повезло с водителем, приветливый и общительный, внимательный. Именно он сделал эту поездку не забываемой. Надо отметить профессионализм Али Хасана. В следующий раз только с ним!!!

Negative experience: Leider nicht was ich erwartet habe. Alle Touren die ich davor mit anderen Unternehmen gemacht hatte waren aus meiner Sicht besser und professioneller. Im Fahrzeug mehr Gäste als bei der Buchung versprochen. Wir mussten 200 Kilometer im Heck des Fahrzeugs verbringen. Keine Sitze. Nur Transportmöglichkriten. Wahrscheinlich für Kinder. Aus Sicht des Fahrers o.k. Auf Nachfrage ob wenigstens während der Stops mit anderen Gästen getauscht werden könnte gab es ein klares 'no'. Zuerst Stop an einem Touristennepp 'Supermarkt'. Ich hatte es noch nie erlebt dass ich auf einer solchen Tour meine Getränke selbst kaufen musste.10 Dirham für ein Wasser. Dann noch bei der Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte betrogen. Darauf angesprochen sind alle davongelaufen. Fahrt durch die Dünen wäre top gewesen. Hätten wir einen Sitzplatz gehabt. Im Camp war alles straff organisiert. Nur leider nicht aus Sicht der Gäste. Showeinlagen waren wenig professionell, unterlegt mit Lärm der wohl Musik sein sollte. Einfach hart eingeschaltet, ein bischen Show und wieder aus. Essen war so organisiert dass die Gäste möglichst hungrig gehen. Nachdem wir zur Hauptspeise zuerst wenig genommen hatten wurde es uns verwehrt nochmal zum Buffet zu kommen weil dann alles exklusiv für die Fahrer war. Wir wurden unmissverständlich gebeten zu gehen. Für mein Verständnis ist die Tour nicht 'Dubai like'. Ich fühle mich übervorteilt und musste zurück in der Stadt erst mal was essen gehen. Schade.

Fantastic experience: Очень понравилась как организовали экскурсию Сафари. Пожалуйста, не берите туда с собой детей. Мы ехали в машине, с компанией из семьи с 2 детьми до 5 лет. Им было страшно, их подташнивало. Понравилось, что при поездке по пустыне, водители заранее включили подправленный плей лист У нас был водитель Али. Очень профессионально вел машину. Одевайтесь теплее на вечернее шоу в пустыне. В стоимость будет входить чай, кофе, ужин, рисунок хной на руке, немного покататься на верблюдах. Впечатления - фантастика!

Fantastic experience: Hands down this is the best desert safari in town. This is my second desert safari and Red Sand Tourism does a fantastic job. Kamal runs a fine organization, and his staff is very knowledgeable and friendly especially Siraj. I will definitely come back to them and strongly recommend them.

Negative experience: Very very bad management. Me and my friends book the vip services for desert safari. First they send the bad car for us second bad food even smelly. Third after we finish they said to go for line of thousand people to go to your home the basic services as they provide. They try to fight with us mis behaved as well not to prefer to go with Them for a single trip

So professional and well-experienced driver! Our trip upon the sands was extreme and safe at the same time! We really enjoyed with this tour & with our company - our guide & two couples from Tajikistan and Israel. We can recommend the company RED SAND TOURISM LLC and of course our guide-driver Saeed - he is perfect!

Fantastic experience: Взяли экскурсию Сафари в пустыне у оператора Red sand. Очень понравилось, все было очень интересно и эмоционально!!! Погоняли на багги, по барханам на автомобиле, провели интересный и вкусный вечер в деревне. Отдельное слово про нашего водителя - Абдуллу (Abdullah Badu). Очень профессионально везде провез, где надо погонял. Не покидало ощущение безопасности, но при этом выглядело со стороны очень экстремально. В общении - лёгок и дружелюбен!!! Экскурсию очень рекомендуем - идеально, если с Абдуллой.

BEST driver i have ever seen , funny , on time, perfect english skills to communicate with, very positive and kind . Today me, my wife and 2 friends from Bulgaria picked up another boy from his hotel called Mohamed who didnt know english at all and he made it so nobody was left silent or scared due to lack of different language barriers. Drifting through the sand was AMAZING, having fun during that time although one of the ladies was scared but this specific person made you feel safe. Great new machienes v6 with ac and water if someone needs. The desert program was great, time for shots and time for eating and buggy if u want . Muhamed mashalah !!! Keep up the good work !

Fantastic experience: Incredible tour! I took the Desert Safari tour with Red Sand tourism. The adventure was way beyond my expectations for a fair price. Our driver, Mr Humammed Saleem is a wonderful person, his driving skills are quite inspiring. I felt myself as if I was in a Hollywood film, because he was drifting so skillfully on the dunes, that took my breath away. Besides that, he told us about the history, culture and the origin of UAE, its formation and current state. I DO recommend any tourist to take Safari tour, this is a very authentic and unbelievable experience, that will surely leave sweet memories. And if by any chance your driver is Mr Saleem - you're the luckiest person on earth. 5 stars definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
