Fantastic experience: Smart Travels arranged a tour of UK for us (a 9 member family). From Visa processes to tour bookings was done by them. The followups during visa processes were top notch. Rejani was coordinating effectively during the whole process. As for the tour planning, the iterinary and bookings were crafted very meticulously without any hindrances. Nithin was the tour planner and he seemed exceptionally experienced in handling the tours. Tickets, hotel bookings, tour bookings were all done perfectly. They handled a crisis situation very creatively and turned it into a best seller of the tour. All the stakeholders in the tour including the coach drivers, the tour guides, the hotels etc were all exceptional in their service.

Fantastic experience: We (a group of 18, family and friends) had an amazing trip to Georgia which was wonderfully organised by Smart Travel. Special thanks to Mr Abraham of Smart Travel who worked closely with us from the beginning till the end. Covering cities Tbilisi & Kutaisi, Points of interests like Kazbegi-Gudauri-Ananuri, the Kahheti wine region and finally the old town of Sighnaghi, the tour was both fulfilling and seamless for us. The meticulous planning and execution by the tour coordinators paid off. Most commendable factor of our tour was the local tour coordinator Ms Yia, who was very keen to share all about Georgian history and culture, and most importantly speaking fluent English. Shoutout to our cool driver Ramo who drove us around safe & sound and was very friendly. We were very happy with The hotel accommodation arranged by Smart Travel, which was comfortable and well placed in town centre. The food (and wine) joints they took us were just right and gave us a unique culinary experience. Looking back, such a packed tour felt smooth and easy and got us rejuvenated. We shall miss many things - The beautiful landscapes of Georgia, The amazing time we had. Yia and Ramo, who quickly became part of our big family, and all these memories shall be in our hearts forever. Once again, a big thanks to Smart Travel Team.

Positive experience: Just finished a wonderful Georgia trip coordinated by smart travels. Nice 4 star accommodation and convenient travel plan. Experienced and witnessed the great Gudauri snow ride with snow fall as well. Communication with Mr. Shakir smart travels was very convenient and friendly. Fantastic experience: Сегодня я отправилась в путешествие по Оману на двухпалубном арабском кораблике «доу». С его палубы мы смотрели на горы Аль-Хаджар, дикие пляжи, местную природу и рыбацкие деревушки. 
Остановившись в живописной лагуне, мы ныряли с масками и катались на банане. Кто не захотел, того отвезли на моторной лодке позагорать на пляж. После отдыха мы пообедали блюдами местной кухни и свежеприготовленной рыбой. После мы пошли в открытое море, чтобы порыбачить. 
Так что если вы устали от шумного Дубая и у вас достаточно времени на отдых, то можете поехать в морской круиз на полуостров султана Оман. Великолепно.

Negative experience: Staff and their services were professional until last year. I use to coordinate with Pooja and she was doing excellent job. But new staff are ruthless, unprofessional and careless with visa application and they quote high prices if you argue with them. One my application's name was incorrect on visa and they took 12 days just for a visit visa. All of good reviews are false and are from their friend circle.

Negative experience: Smart Musandam wasn’t a good idea to choose from Smart Travel. The dhow was overbooked. Around 130 people where on the dhow. No where to sit,,, food was 3/10, with only Indian food “they called it intercontinental”. Music was bad too. Overall the rating for me is 2/10.
