Positive experience: My experience with Pinas Tourism was good. I tried their offer to the Maldives, and generally, it was nice—the resort and its service were excellent. It was one of the best vacations I've had. However, there was a significant issue with the agency's arrangement due to miscommunication with the hotel reservation department, which ruined our first night. My friend and I were supposed to have a booking for two rooms, but after a long travel day, we were shocked to find that only one room had been reserved. As it was already midnight, there was nothing the resort could do for us. Despite this, when we contacted the agency at 2:00 am, they responded and tried to help. Thankfully, the issue was resolved the next day. I would like to thank Nico for his effort from the day we planned to go with their offer to solving the issue we faced. He was very helpful and patient with us. So, yes, I recommend them.

Negative experience: Title: Poor Experience I want to share my experience with all to warn others about the issues my friend encountered while dealing with this agency for a visit visa. Lack of Documentation: The agency failed to provide any documentation necessary for traveling on a visit visa. This negligence could lead to serious complications. No Immigration Portal Access: There is no portal provided to check the status or progress with immigration, leaving clients in the dark about their applications. Unavailability of Application Numbers: When asked for the application number, the agency refused to provide it. This is highly unusual and raises concerns about transparency and accountability. Delayed and Suspicious Approval: After persistently requesting the application number, the visit visa approval suddenly appeared. This abrupt turnaround is questionable and suggests mismanagement or something else. All these points are based on facts and witnessed firsthand as my friend suffered due to the agency's incompetence. I hope this review helps others avoid similar experiences.

Negative experience: Its a horrible experience from the Burjuman Branch..They dont know anything about their website and they transfer calls from one person to another. At the end when they dont have a solution they just drop the call on the face. What a bad service for such a renowned travel agency.
