Negative experience: I am still in the process of inquiring, but already poor service. Yesterday, I called, and after 3 attempts dialing the 2 mobile numbers provided on the website, they answered. I sent the requirements needed thru WhatsApp and email, but until now no feedback from the team as promised. Then, again today I called and spoke to Ms. Sapna, and whilst on the phone she told me she will check with the team and then told me to stay on the line but the call got disconnected. And, yes...she never called back!

Fantastic experience: Pluto is NOT a planet you want to travel to, trust me. The gravitational quotient is 1/20th of the Earth's and when you jump it makes your stomach all queasy. The view is nice though, you can always admire the dark, vast, cold, unforgiving expanses of space. I love that!

Negative experience: Did my last minute honeymoon booking. All I can say is I'll never book again with them, nor I will recommend Pluto travels to anyone. Not only they charged me sky high prices ( later I figured out that I was charged twice the amount) but gave me a substandard property. Be very careful before you plan your precious holidays with them. They overpromise but under deliver. Huge mistake on my part that I chose them.
