Negative experience: I don’t recommend booking with this agency. Reasons: 1- They lied about the time for certain activities 2- They were 35 minutes late to pick us up after the safari 3- They barely explained anything before leaving

Negative experience: Do not expect to have the Hummer vehicle even if you pay more to have it. Scammers here, it was suppose to be a hummer and it was not, it was suppose to be private but it was not. Faire attention car si vous payez plus pour avoir un véhicule privé et un hummer ils vous diront que finalement ce n’est pas disponible donc vous payerez pour rien, attention voleur.

Negative experience: This guy offered me two package aed 99 and aed 65 per person. He told on aed99 package, my family will picked and dropped by landcruiser from home, but did not happen like that. They picked us by some other vehicle and dune bashing was dobe by landcruiser just for name sake only 5 minuts. When i contacted Antalya tour , he was not al all responding for clarification. So be carefull and dont go by fake reviews, they cheet sometime. Lot of fake reviews i can see for Antalya on google. Most important, when you reach camp they kind of force you to chose VIP seat for AED50 person which is again not worth it.

Negative experience: Our first time experience with this company via GROUPON was fine but the 2nd time which was last week and booked DIRECTLY TO THEM is definitely BAD AND NOT RECOMMENDED sadly it was when my family from outside UAE is looking forward to the experience let me tell u why: - We booked a VIP experience knowing it was VIP we expected as no other people coz we were 6 but NO, someone else is included and WE WERE NOT INFORMED - I sent them a message as soon as we were picked up they told me it says shared WHEN THEY DID NOT GAVE ME ANY INFORMED OR CONFIRMATION, I have to CONSTANTLY MESSAGE THEM IF IT IS CONFIRMED - The driver is NOT FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING - The ATV experience is NOT IN THE CAMP and gave us for 1 bike for 2 when it should be each - DUNE BASHING NOT GOOD only last like less than 5 minutes - FOOD IS POOR even when we upgrade in VIP area for 50 AED each - We left even when the fire dancing just started coz THE DRIVER WAS IN A HURRY DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT

Fantastic experience: My daughter had used them a month ago and was happy with their service so we also used them. What can I say, absolutely superb service from Nazik arranging our desert safari. Prompt collection and just a great experience all round. Well worth it and highly recommended to anyone thinking about taking an excursion. He also arranges many other tours too. Happy to pass on details if anyone needs them Will be using them again next time we visit .

Positive experience: Enjoyed every bit of the desert safari experience, except a heads up for others: on-site (at camp) dune buggy rentals are much cheaper than the ATV park the drivers stop at before reaching the camp.

Negative experience: Expected better The camp was over crowded with some 1000 people You can barely get anything to eat or even move around if you stay on the queue over 15 minutes dont expect anything as it was promised on the ads .. Add thw long queues to go back from there to parking lot

Negative experience: Their desert safari is a scam to tourists. They just take you via some small dunes (hardly 5-7mins) and hastily drop you off at an overcrowded camp well before sunset. It was so crowded outside the tent that you can’t even take one decent pic in the desert with sunset. Stay away from them at all cost. They use handful of 4x4 to haul hundreds of tourist coming by bus, back and forth to the camp and call it dune bashing. I had to explain the rep from anantalya what that actual desert safari is a 10-15 mins ride inside the desert on dunes in 4x4 just before sunset so you enjoy serene sunset literally in the middle of nowhere. Only after sunset they take you to the camp. All he did after was didn’t answer my call or offer any explanation.

Fantastic experience: The Safari trip was really good and I would highly recommend it for anyone who is in Dubai and hasn't tried it. In particular, our guide SAEED from Antalya tourism was very helpful and respectful. During our trip we bought Arabic headwear, and hired dune buggy with which he made sure we got a good deal. Other than that, the package provided by the company included henna, dinner , camel ride and dance performances which made the trip worth the money. Overall really good experience!
