Negative experience: They canceled my New Year's Dinner that I booked and paid weeks ago, 4 hours before the dinner. Apparently they over booked the boat and kicked people's out of the boat. I complained but the client service was rude and even threatening

Negative experience: Worst service regarding Georgia Fixed Departure. Gave confirmation and cancelled the booking last 2 days before travel. Not al all professional in outbound travel. Only they know Dubai tours.
