Fantastic experience: This is my second trip with AFC and as always was impressive. First trip was to Europe and this time was Georgia. Whats more special was our hotels were close to restaurants which serves Halal food, made our life easier:) Kudos to Mr. Arnold for making the process look smooth and for patiently answering to all my queries. Positive experience: Entire schedule was coordinated very well. We never faced any challenges during our stay at Georgia. Vehicle and driver who was with us through out the scheduled days was excellent and we never felt any problems any where. Hotel stay was v. good, very cordial and worth for money what we had paid. Food was expensive through out Georgia as we had tried only Georgian food. Special thanks to Mr. Ancel from AFC for making our trip an ever memorable event.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by Mr. Bibin and Mr. Andrew. The overall atmosphere needs improvement however. Need to post staff who can elevate the experience and make the customer feel welcome and comfortable. Tour experience was fantastic. They were able to arrange a responsible tour guide who was available at all times and took much personal care and attention. Prices were quite reasonable for the services provided and efforts taken.

Positive experience: I recently had the pleasure of joining the Scotland & London tour organized by AFC Holidays, and it was a memorable experience. The tour covered a well-thought-out itinerary, offering a fantastic mix of historic sites, natural beauty, and cultural experiences. From the majestic landscapes of Scotland to the iconic landmarks of London. I really appreciate our tour manager Amita Suvarna. She is an amazing person who always approachable and ensured that every aspect of the tour ran smoothly. The transportation was smooth and efficient. The coach was comfortable, and the transfers between locations were well-organized. Unfortunately, the quality of the accommodation did not meet expectations. In Scotland, some of the hotels were lacked basic amenities. The rooms were often small, with minimal comfort, which was disappointing given the price of the tour. In London, while the hotels were located in less desirable areas, which impacted convenience and accessibility. Overall, the Scotland & London tour with AFC Holidays was an enjoyable trip. It offered a great introduction to two diverse and fascinating destinations. Despite a few minor issues, the overall quality of the tour and the experiences provided made it a worthwhile journey.

Fantastic experience: I Had a recent trip organized by AFC holidays to Kenya, the land of wildlife paradise, undoubtedly one of the best trips had ever taken ,and it exceeded all my expectations. Everything was arranged in a professional way from day one to the end. Fantastic experience: We recently took a trip to Uzbakistan arranged by AFC Agency, and it was absolutely fantastic! The country boasts a rich history, and we had the pleasure of visiting several monumental historical sites in both Tashkent and Samarkand. A special thanks to Mr. Nay and Mr. Bibin for coordinating with their partners in Uzbakistn to ensure everything went smoothly. They were incredibly responsive and arranged everything flawlessly within a very short period. Positive experience: Overall Bali trip was good . Climate was perfect. Suggest to ensure Indian food is available for breakfast in the hotels the tourist stays. Positive experience: We booked Eastern Europe holiday package through AFC holidays earlier this year. The booking experience was very smooth with Vivek, although I would like point out that the team handling the billing can be a bit more professional while asking for the balance payments. The tour itself was fine but was very tightly packed. Certainly, Vienna tour should have been planned better instead of total 3.5 hours of the city experience in the entire trip. Also, please stop giving airport hotels because just in case if people want to explore city on their own, distance makes it practically impossible after hours of bust journey and rushed-up tours. Surprise addition of Slovakia to the tour was a nice twist.

Fantastic experience: My family went on a Hong Kong trip with assistance from AFC Holidays, and it was indeed a wonderful vacation. We visited Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island, and Macau. The highlights of our trip included Victoria Peak, the Big Buddha, the Ngong Ping Cable Car ride, the ferry to Macau, Senado Square, and the Venetian Casino. Each of these experiences was truly breathtaking. The last day of our trip was spent at Disneyland, where we had the most fun. Despite the crowds, the management was excellent, ensuring that the maximum wait time for the popular rides was only 30 to 40 minutes. The only issues we faced were the very humid weather and the extremely long flight hours to Hong Kong. However, these minor inconveniences did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our trip. Positive experience: Its a place of rich cultural heritage and Diverse landscapes that includes Caspian coastlines. Country is kept very neat and clean. Heat during the Day was horrible and nights were really pleasant. Please carry your pickles and chilli flakes in case you like spice. Thanks to Mr. Vivek as always for his support. He makes things so easy. We had an issue with the Days Hotel and Room at Baku, as it was not up to AFC Holidays expectation. I has msged Vivek mid night and next day by 10AM my room was changed. Mr. Vivek our first point of contact helped us to organise things initially.Ms.Ameya helped us to deal with all the paperwork for the visa application etc. Our tour guide Mr. Sushant was very helpful and a good coordinator.In all the people we dealt with at the company tried to make things smooth for us.The locations were beautiful and thankfully the weather was nice. Most things were taken care of. The hotels were good, the buffet breakfast offered limited options though .Besides the co- travellers were friendly and warm making it altogether a great experience. Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure planning Vietnam trip with Andrew and his team. From the minute I called Andrew to the time I reached home, he was excellent from sorting the itinerary, to checking details, following up on the trip and finally making sure we made it back safely. We travelled with my 18 month old baby and Andrew assured us that we would be perfectly comfortable in Vietnam and it surely was. The hotel in Hanoi , the cruise , the bus, the tour guide and choice of restaurants in Vietnam were all perfect. Positive experience: It’s weren’t so simple for a Girl’s Trip to make it happen and that too at Switzerland …. And it was never the first time with AFC.. so didn’t have to think twice… Our AFC - tour operator was Mr. Sahshad, who helped us with lot of itinerary iterations, just like we wanted. I wish him all the best. Hotels arranged for us at Interlaken was the best compared to that of at Zurich. Thanks to AFC for making our dream come true. ♥️ For your information … Our flight to Zurich got delayed for 2 hours from Dubai. And that inturn caused us to miss our train from Zurich to Interlaken which was booked for us by AFC. AFC provide super-saver tickets and the train ticket loss due to airline delay is not compensated or refunded by Airlines / Swiss Rails or by AFC. It costed us 308 CHF loss for just one-way !! Which was totally unexpected!! Many of us don’t know the type of tickets we receive from tour operators and we realise only when we face such situations. Luckily we were not part of the group package !! We had informed AFC about the airline delay before we left UAE - AFC could have taken this up with Swiss rail and reschedule the ticket at that time. Instead they asked us to try luck by lodging a complaint - AFC could have done better on this matter !! And even later, we enquired AFC for the reason of issuance of such type of tickets, without taking into consideration of such unpredictable situations, below is the message I received; ‘’Ms Belsy, we always book super saver tickets as we tend to give a buffer in time as the super saver tickets are affordable in price. Every set of ticket has their own terms. The ticket which u r suggesting now is an open ticket which is sometimes 4 times the amount of a super saver ticket’’ However, AFC could have done better !! Maybe next time !!
