Negative experience: We lived in Dubai for more than 9 years and made several safaris. 20 minutes before the pick up time (after having payed the tour days before) we were informed that there were no live shows because of the dry night (it was the day before Eid). At this point we asked for a partial reimbursement being part of the package (3 live shows) cancelled. Nothing was offered as partial reimbursement not as compensation. The pick up was delayed of 30 minutes after having confirmed the pick up time. Arrived at the camp it was discovered that alcohol was being sold and served (weird being a dry night). During dinner while the guests were still eating the announcement was made to leave the camp as soon as possible since the tour was finished and they were closing (truly most of the people were still eating their food nor was given any chance to have a bit more of food as it usually happens).
