UAE Adventure Tour

Negative experience: Firstly I want to appreciate the thanura dance performance... We took a package of 200 dhiram for each. Disappointed completely... They promised dune dashing 30 mins,quad bike 30 mins, arabic dressing,camel ride and bbq buffet.... We got 10 mins dune dashing, 15 mins quad bike (125 dhiram extra they charged), too much rush for sand boarding, camel rides And worst food Zero crowd management they have given too much passes more than there limit ... Could not able to control... Take very low package If someone is interested to come

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs, we will never have our half of the day back, we were waiting for the safari and experienced such a appalling service, its unbelievable, it was like a torture to see poor ruined to the ground 4 camels and about 700 people queuing to ride, there were long queue for the water, enormous queue for the so called bbq the end of 4 hrs torture, some people almost started to fight over the one piece of bbq. Honestly, standard could not be any lower than the safari organised by this company!

Negative experience: Booked VIP service for desert safari. I never ever experienced such pathetic service ever. The car was tacky. The food was over fried, stale and old. Had to wait for more than an hour for tea. Not worth the money you spend on this. My suggestion would be to try someone else but definitely not this tour service. You will lose your mind in the first few minutes of entering the camp. DO NOT PAY extra for VIP at all. You are not getting any better service. They have completely forgotten about us. P.S its been 2 hours and the dinner is about to begin and we are still waiting for our tea. WHAT A VIP SERVICE!

He was extremely kind and accommodated to our groups needs. Shoaib was very eager to give us history facts and was ready for all questions. He also made sure to take beautiful pictures of us.
