Negative experience: One of the worst customer experience I have ever seen and it might be a scam. Once you book a flight you cannot amend according to their unclear regulations. I keep calling them and then they respond that they gonna call me back later and they don’t. Although the flight is after more than one month they keep ignoring any amendments.

(Saying thank you after a sentence doesn't mean u r a polite person anyways) when you are a no-show or have a problem with your ticket May God help you. U send an email and wait . My advise is rather buy your ticket/s from airlines directly . These type of travel agents are good for big corporates perhaps but for smaller businesses its not worth it.
