Fantastic experience: A day that was worth it. Our driver and guide Syed was very caring. I went with the jeep on the dunes, camel ride, very good food and an authentic show. Negative experience: We were picked up on time and the communication with Mr Asif, the driver, was the only good thing about the experience. After a very short dune bashing, we were dropped in the middle of the desert at 16:30 with no shade, no AC and told that for the package we bought, the access to the refreshments and food will start only after 18:30. If we wanted it on the spot, we could get it by paying extra 60 dirhams per person. There was no one at the henna spot and the live entertainment was programmed to start only after 19:30. Cannot imagine what they were expecting us to do there for all this time. We paid extra just to be dropped back in the city. I rarely leave such reviews, but I would have appreciated one myself when I checked the existing reviews prior to booking.

Mom and Dad appreciates that he was also on time. The company is lucky to have him. 5 stars is a well deserve rating.

We were genuinely happy with his service. Will recommend imran as a tour guide . Food was of pathetic quality with no taste and cold. It is highly recommended to bring own tiffin boxes. Food needs much improvement. Also , the bbq section doesnt let us take food portions according to us. They will only give a limited amount in a buffet which is wrong. I was told by a caterer that “sir you have already taken, you cant take more”. As a customer i should be able to choose how much quantity i want to take in food. Overall, a very good experience of the desert safari. Barring the food. Highly recommended for experiencing.

While our desert safari experience in Dubai with guide Imran ji was undoubtedly fantastic, I must mention that the food provided at the end of the journey was below average. Despite the amazing adventures and Imran ji's exceptional guidance throughout the safari, the quality of the meal served fell short of our expectations. Although the food didn't quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the experience, it's important to note that the overall adventure far outweighed this minor drawback. The thrilling dune bashing, breathtaking scenery, and Imran ji's superb commentary more than made up for any shortcomings in the dining department.

Fantastic experience: Desert safari is a must do activity in Dubai. We took a Budget friendly pack AED99 and everything was good enough for a first timer experience. Mr.Soni Bhai msged us on WhatsApp 1 day in advance about the pick up time and stayed connected on WhatsApp. He was in time for the pickup, was so friendly and supportive throughout the trip. We went for Buggy ride (single bike-150 AED & Double - 250 Aed) at the first stop for 20 mins. After that we head for the Dune bashing for 15mins and that was really a thrilling experience. Our driver stopped for few photographs and even clicked few beautiful pics at the Buggy ride and the desert (sample picture attached) After that we headed to our final destination the camp place. Camel ride (1 min) and performances were amazing but unfortunately we did it on 1 day when it rained in dubai out of 365 days. So we couldn't enjoy much but it was a great event. Our driver was dropping everyone back at the location but we requested to drop at Burj Khalifa so that we could attend the Fountain show. Mr Soni was kind enough to accept our request and we are thankful to him as we could cover thar too. Tip: Eat light before the safari so that you could enjoy the trip. Go for the Buggy ride, it's worth it.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the services of this company. The driver arrived to pick us up from the hotel at 4:10 p.m. (although he said he was coming at 2 p.m.) and we arrived at the desert at 6 p.m. The sun had already set. The ride by car on the dunes was 5 min. Obviously without a break for pictures. As it was already past 18.10, it got dark fast. I didn't even have time for half of the activities presented. I stayed in the desert for 2 hours, that's all. The night. I stayed in the car for 2 hours until dessert and 2 hours back. I do not recommend this company. I contacted the people who deal with appointments and they didn't even bother to answer after they collected the money in cash without a receipt. I do not recommend! P.S. We were accommodated in Dubai, not far away.

Fantastic experience: We bought tickets for a desert safari in Dubai. They were picked up from where we were in a 4×4 vehicle. The driver was very kind and helpful. After picking us up, we took a certain distance and took a break. After the fashion, we did a safari among the sands in the desert. It was very fun. We took a break to take photos. After the photo shoot, we continued among the sands again and then we arrived at the place where entertainment, food and various activities will be held. Here we watched open buffet drinks, food and entertaining shows. We rode a camel. My daughters had henna on their hands. We had a fun and very nice 6 hours. Thank you to the driver, I don't know exactly how to write his name but his pronunciation was Sony.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK HERE. Very disappointing and bad organised. We booked the premieum safari and it was a catastrophe. On their website it says they have English and Arabic guides, there was no Arabic guide. We had to pay extra for everything even though we booked the premium one. There was not enough time for the activities. It was so crowdy and there was not enough boards for the sandboarding. We paid for the activities and could not do any of them. Even for the buffet you have to wait and after we finally got our meal the guide was rushing us to drive back so we did not even have time to finish eating. Our guide left the camp and we had to go with another driver. Nothing went well. Waste of money and time.

Fantastic experience: I booked evening desert safari with go dubai. We transported from Dubai to the destination point with Land Cruiser. Car was neat and good. I assigned with Mr.Najam. I am giving because of his character. He is polite and guided each event with polite. He is favourable if we want to go for extracurricular activities. Food was ok to eat. They served vegetarian snacks at 6:00 pm Food at 07:00. They arranged Thonura dance, Belly dance, Fire works, Camel ride.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend going with this company. We picked the 100dhs package but still expected some level of organisation and communication. First, we were picked up at 2pm drove for an hour and a half and arrived at what I would call a "tourist trap" it was a small area in the middle of the desert with shops but we weren't informed about this pit stop and we were told you wait 30 mintures before we can head to the campsite. We were so confused because we didn't even want to to buy anything. Finally, at 4pm we headed to the place where the dune bashing would start and it was very disappointing, barely lasted 5 minutes. Once we arrived at the camp, they immediately started selling us things. I mean that's okay to a certain extent but people were coming up to us every few seconds to ask us of we wanted to buy something...even in the middle of the shows! The whole thing is a scam and youre not going to have a relaxing experience. I would recommend going with a different company and save yourself the trouble.

His passion for his job and the region was evident, adding an extra layer of enthusiasm to the journey. In summary, my Dubai Desert Safari experience was made extraordinary by Najam's expertise, warmth, and dedication. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have the privilege of being guided by Najam. Kudos to him for turning a desert adventure into a memory that will stay with me for a lifetime!

Negative experience: We took godubai’s desert safari for our family of 9 people. The guy who received us at the desert camp was very rude. He was acting very busy and did not give proper instructions like where to park the car, how to reach the place etc. It was very crowded inside the camp and we had to wait for long for camel riding, henna and even for getting some water. They advertise as unlimited soft drinks and water, but the problem is for eg they give only 1 small water cup at a time. I asked for 2 more bottles for the old people in our group, but the water guy told me that they should come directly and get in the queue to get water. Same thing at food counters as well. Because of the crowd at the food and water counters and considering the tired old people in our group we had to upgrade to the vip list, which they said there were no queues and with better food menu. We spent a total of 140 dhs per person but it was not at all worth it. The basic package which they give for 40dhs is just a bait. Only 4 entertainment shows were there and they were just average. The free sandboarding was not available because either sandboards were broken or being used by someone else. They have less than 10 sandboards for 1000-1500 people. Only good thing was the food was better than average but I will not recommend this package.

Negative experience: Cheat team.. don't go with them.. they will take your money and give you low quality desert safari. No quality food... (unhygienic food if lucky). They don't give us seat and table. We need to find a better place to stand and watch the program. Camel ride is comedy (max 10 seconds ). Sand boarding (people may only tell you to be compliant after asking). Snacks are also unhygienic food.. Even if we take the VIP pass it is a worthless event. No coordination. This gang is the only one who loots our money. Once you reach the location they won't pick up the call (why not even return the message)
