Fantastic experience: This was one of the must try experience. The desert safari company was well organized . We booked private pickup the driver was very friendly and they have very nice luxury vehicles well maintained. We booked all the activities from dune buggy , quad bike, camel riding, horse riding, falcon holding and they offered VIP service free. I really didn’t manage my time, they ensured the driver was with us and managed all activities and gave time for break. Took well good care of us. They are very transparent and gave the best service as they promised. I did lot of research Before booking and they seemed to be very good and trustworthy. It was amazing experience with “The desert safari company” to experience Real desert safari

Negative experience: On 6th of June, we booked safari for us. I must say it was a horrible experience we had. Here's why 1. Vehicle brokedown in mid of desert and the team did not have any contingency plan. 3 hours of the journey got wasted 2. When arrived food was almost over and we were consuming the last pieces because we were too hungry. 3. All shows were over and it seemed like a packup situation. 4. We booked vip but struggled to get standard treatment. 5. Henna lady mentioned that she did not have the time and resources to serve us as the event was at closure. Never recommend such safari experience company.

Fantastic experience: We used this Safari company to go out into the desert and take family photos. They nailed it! The driver Ikhlaq was an amazing driver and guide to find the best spots in the desert. The office team were so easy to work with and arrange the tour. Highly recommended

Positive experience: Our driver was Mohsin who was amazing and made our trip very enjoyable. He took lots of great photos and the dune ride was very fun! 5 stars for Mohsin! The event at the campsite was slightly disappointing, very commercial and non-authentic. The shows and the food were great, however, they tried to make everyone 'upgrade' and pay more money for a 'better' camel ride or a 'better' buffet by trying to convince you what you had already paid for was an inferior experience. Which I felt slightly defeats the purpose of the whole experience. The campsite was a bit run down and overall they just tried to get as much money out of you as possible instead of providing a genuine experience.

Fantastic experience: It was fabulous! We were surprised with everything! We enjoyed so much! And our driver and guide Ajmal was absolutely awesome and what a beautiful picture he made of us! Memories for whole life! It was worthy! But Be ready for some suprise with origin sales people in some atraction;). Service was great, he came to our hotel and pick up us there in Movenpick Jumireah.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went to the Desert Safari and it was an unforgettable experience! We loved the sand driving (but dizzy, get ready), as well as the dinner at night. It is a must if you come to Dubai. Ajmal was very attentive and explained us everything with so much detail. He also takes GREAT pictures in the desert. Fully recommended!

Positive experience: Although we had a good time, the safari camp pictured is unfortunately not where we were taken. Our guide was friendly enough, but his English was limited. It would have been great to have a guide who could have told us details as we drove (1 hour to get to desert from hotel) and answered our questions. We arrived at camp quite late and it was getting dark which meant we had to rush to do our camel ride and then missed the start of the belly dancing show. My daughter had paid to do the horse riding but didn't want to do it in the end, which was lucky as she would have been riding basically in the dark. The shows were fantastic, with the fire show being an absolute stand out.

Negative experience: Dune Bashing and Quad biking is great but expensive but an absolute disappointing dinner will ruin your evening

Fantastic experience: We took the dessert safari without dune bashing. All the group was really impressed by the experience. The dance and fire shows were really good. Food was OK . They tried to sell us a lot of stuff inside the camp, but they were not too pushy.The free Henna tatoo was only one finger tatoo, there aren't choices. Our driver mr. Khan really took care of us and made sure we are not missing anything

Negative experience: Don’t recommend! We booked 4-hour trip to dessert including camel riding, dune bashing and sandboarding. Driver picked us up on time, but have not said a word to us the whole 1-hour drive. Right after arriving, they tried to get us to buy quad/buggy ride for extra $$$. We said no, so we proceeded to the camel ride, which lasted 5 minutes with getting on/off. The driver disappeared in the meantime, so we had to wait 30 minutes for him to come back. Then 10-15 minutes dune bashing, which was probably bigger fun for the driver than the passengers. The sandboarding was probably the highlight of the trip, but the boards go slow and the slope is short plus you have to walk back up, so you can do maybe 5 rides unless you have pro-athlete stamina. Then driving back. The driver was texting and sending messages the whole time, not paying attention to the road. Positives: driver was punctual + we have a couple of nice photos from the sand dunes Negatives: driver not giving us ANY information; long waiting for the driver to come back if you don’t buy extra quad/buggy ride; everything is super expensive at their “station” in the dessert; driver not paying attention to the traffic, busy with his whatssapp and listening to very loud voice messages the whole drive. Overall: 2 stars for punctuality + some nice photos and bringing us back to the hotel safe. We picked the experience according to the very good reviews on google, which is rather strange given our bad experience.

Fazal our driver spoke great English and Urdu and answered all our burning questions. Kept us informed all the way. All staff were super friendly and kind. Positive experience: Desert safari sand dune bashing and desert safari camp is a good place but just 1 major issue is if you are a pure vegetarian person you will not be satisfied with the food that you get to eat out there but apart from this one issue overall it's a good experience, the shows are amazing you get to experience belly dance, fire show and tanora show

Fantastic experience: Dubai offers three kind of attractions, one is for the modernists, who are into futuristic architecture and the other is for folks who love nature and Dubai has this also in spades and finally for the shopaholic. The desert Safari is a must do on any Dubai visit. The highlights for the desert safari is what you can do in the sands in Sharjah. The food at any desert safari is the most disappointing. But among the performances, the fire dance was breathtaking! We highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Wo booked the private tour. The pick up worked great. The dune bashing was really nice also the driver. But the rest wasn’t good We had to pay extra because we didn’t want to wait to long to get the food. The toilet cabin were dark, there was just light in the washing area. The henna tattoo was only free for the women, for the kids we had to pay extra. The sandboard equipment was not good - the loop to fix your food was missing. We hat to share it with Severin peple. You had to wait to long for the camel ride. After all next time we would book another tour

Fantastic experience: Fazal gave us a great experience. He was very accommodating for our private experience, made us laugh and dance and we left with full stomachs. Going through the desert sand bashing was crazy and then had a really good dinner!! We left a little before all the shows were over but that was our own choice and he accommodated.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing, if you don't have motion sickness, like me. The drivers are fun and experienced, sooo, wow, I enjoyed, they even let us connect our Bluetooth and play our own music in the cars, I loved the journey. I totally recommend these guys.

Positive experience: Recommend to take your own car if possible. Dune bashing is worth while but rest is a time fillers. If going to eat then get VIP tickets the normal has huge lines and u probably miss shows.

Positive experience: Had a very high expectation but was normal. Thanks to Riaz, our driver who recommended us to upgrade our tickets to premium we had better seating, food and drinks. Best part of the show was fireworks inside and outside the camp. Toilets can be maintained better. It was overflowing and slippery.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of taking a desert safari tour with a fantastic company, and I must say that my experience was truly unforgettable. One of the highlights of my trip was Mr. Sameer, who served as our driver for the day. Not only was Mr. Sameer an excellent and safe driver, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable. He provided us with insightful information about the customs and local traditions. His passion for his work was evident, and he went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable and memorable time. Moreover, Mr. Sameer was a fun person to talk to and made us feel comfortable and at ease during the entire journey. Overall, I highly recommend Dream nights tours, especially if you have the opportunity to have Mr. Sameer as your driver. His expertise, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made our trip truly exceptional. I look forward to booking another tour with this company in the future and hope to have Mr. Sameer as our driver once again.

Negative experience: Booking is quick and easy. Drive itself okay. Camel ride and sand boarding paid, but not offered. Fine. BBQ dinner with show program is something that you should avoid. It is the cheapest possible with horrible looking food, dirty scenery and unpleasant staff. We were running away as soon as possible. Keep hold of your driver so that he is available. I was in 2 desert camps/resorts before. It can be very nice. Not this one. Avoid at any cost.

Fantastic experience: Imran is the best of the best. Very professional and caring for his group. He really enjoys his job and is dedicated to provide a top product. I would only ask for a more comfortable seat at the barbecue. My old bones appreciate a chair with a little more support. The food was very good. I would like a choice of barbecue sauce on the side. After the dune bashing, we stopped for a photo opportunity to capture the stunning desert landscape. Then, we were off to the main event: a camel ride through the desert. The camels were well-trained and gentle, and it was incredible to experience the vastness of the desert from their backs. As the sun began to set, we were treated to a traditional Bedouin campsite where we enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner while watching an entertaining belly dancing performance. There were also opportunities to try on traditional Arabic clothing and get henna tattoos. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the stargazing experience. We were taken to a secluded area of the desert where we could see the stars clearly. It was a breathtaking sight that reminded me of the vastness and beauty of the universe. Overall, I highly recommend the desert safari experience. It's a great way to immerse yourself in Arabic culture and experience the natural beauty of the desert. The staff were friendly and professional, and every part of the experience was well-organized and enjoyable. I can't wait to do it again!

Positive experience: Please read this to the end to get a better image of what to expect! 1. Pickup - very prompt and friendly driver 2. Driver - personable and skilful on the dunes 3. Base camp - Waiting room was packed, washrooms dirty and it felt more like we had gone back in time. The place was overcrowded and felt overwhelming. 4. Dinner camp - the team tried to upsell at every stage. We had to wait for dinner until the first two performances unless we "upgraded". Only tea/water was available to us initially unless we upgraded to full service. The guy offering camel rides was fairly rude, he wouldn't allow a friend to take pictures while on the camels( for the free ride) and kept on mentioning "selfies only" unless we upgraded to the full ride. Toilet in the camp was in HORRIBLE state. 5. Performance - 5 stars , really enjoyed. 6. Food quality - very good 7. Sheesha - table service available only of we upgraded. Free sheesha only if you decide to sit in the designated spots ( isolated and fairly dark in a corner) I hope you consider the pointers above before jetting off to minimise the expectation gap. Overall value for money is excellent compared to competitors.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I picked this tour after all the great reviews. Service was excellent- especially our guide Asif. He took us to try special tea and offered the most excellent dune bashing driving and photography skills. The tour included direct pickup and drop off from our hotel, 20min of nonstop adrenaline filled dune bashing experience and sunset pics before taking us to camp. We experienced a short camel ride and dinner with live entertainment. The only experience that was not as expected was the pushy people trying to sell things and forcefully. So, be careful with them trying to put things on you and letting you think it is part of the experience when it really isn’t free or necessary.

From that moment I knew that it would be a unique experience. The super friendly guide, at all times cared to make it unforgettable. The 4X4 journey was great, climbing and skidding through the huge sand dunes. When we arrived at the rest points, Mr Sammer (our guide) took many photos of us, then we were able to enjoy the sands with the sand boards. Then we continue with the 4x4 adventure with a lot of adrenaline going down the steep sand dunes, and being able to appreciate an unforgettable Sunset in the desert. After this we moved to the camp where we could ride a camel and enjoy the show and the exquisite buffet. Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience, if I could give 6 stars I would! We were picked up by our Safari Guide Sameer from out hotel in a lovely, Toyota 4WD. Sameer was exceptional, such a nice and knowledgeable man and nothing was too much trouble for him. We first drove out to the desert and Sameer threw the Toyota through some ridiculous moves, 45degree angles down the sand dunes and sheer drops..the guy's a brilliant driver! After that, onto the meal and events. Belly dancing, fire dancing, amazing food and hospitality in a stunning location and a short camel ride! Fantastic experience: We had a really great time with Desert safari. The driver came late but was able to catch on the delay and drove in the sand and dunes, drifting, that was really great. Then we went to the base camp were we attended falcon show and short camel riding. Then we went for a dance show and a barbecue. People were really nice.

Positive experience: here are few experiences that are as ‘Dubai’ as the desert safari. Take a backseat (unless you prefer to sit at the front of your four-wheeled drive) and hold on tight as an experienced driver whips you around the sand dunes, teetering on the edge of seemingly sheer drops, before dipping down sandy slopes and back up again. There's a couple of stops for sunset photos before you're safely whisked away to a traditional-style Bedouin camp, where an Arabic buffet dinner awaits.

Positive experience: It is almost like a roller coaster ride. The drivers and there cars have amazing ability to rule the sand dunes. The view at the top of the dunes is also amazing to take pics. Though the real ride is just 30 minutes practically. The quad bike experience is poor as they charge crazy money 250 dirhams for 20 min. Even the evening camp with belly dancing is not so great as the quality of food is very poor. All over all a different experience, must try once.

Sunsets are beautiful here. Hukkah, dance shows and route through the desert in 4 *4 cars were all amazing. Add-ons like hookah cost extra, head scarf is extra, quad bike was extra cost but well worth it for the pics and fun burning around the dunes. The sand boarding didn't work, you'll need a very steep hill to move well enough. The sunset pics are worth it

Fantastic experience: We went to Dubai desert safari in Nov 2019. It is a good time as the weather is lot cooler during this time. We had a hotel pick up at 3.00 pm to the destination. It is almost an hour drive from Dubai city. Your first stop would be in a place where you can do local shopping, take pictures with falcon and do desert bike rides. The bike rides are expensive starting from 150 AED. After a 45 mins stop we were taken to a sunset point place to take some snaps. Then came the exhilarating SUV sand rides. It was fun to get bounced on the sand dunes! Post that we were taken to tents where we had a short camel rides and complimentary drinks and starters. There were some activities which we could do like dress up like locals etc. There were 3 performances, all were good. We were then served with dinner, the food was ok, not that great. All in all an evening well spent. We returned to our hotel at around 8.30 pm.

Positive experience: Dream Nights Tours Desert Safari is a must-do when on holiday in Dubai. Easy door to door pick up by Mr. Yasir Khan. Dune bashing in a 4-wheel drive Land Cruiser to the camp made for a thrilling introduction to the desert adventure. Upon arrival at the “Bedouin camp” the advertised camel ride was VERY short - more of a photo-op than a real ride. Longer rides were available for extra payment. This seemed to be a trend throughout the experience. Upgrades available at every turn - for a fee. Extended camel rides for 20 AED per person, Quad bikes were 100 AED for 20 min. VIP meal service to avoid lines available for 50 AED. The food was plentiful but not terribly appealing. Definitely the weakest aspect of the show. Speaking of show, the belly dancers, fire dancer, Sufi spin artist and stilt walkers were fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this experience for family members of all ages.

Positive experience: We used Arabian Expedition as our tour guide operator Pros - - We interacted with a person called GAURIKA who made the entire booking process very smooth and simple - Based on reviews we requested for a driver called BHANDARI, absolute pleasure traveling with him because he was very accomodating about our requests as we were a group of 6 ranging from the age of 6 till 65. The dune bashing was amazing and very thrilling!!! :) - Trip was organised very well with hardly any dull moments, adequate rest stops with refreshments and washroom facilities - The shows (belly dancing, tanura and fire dance) were immensely enjoyed by all guests Cons - - Washroom facilities at the first rest stop could have been better - Food at the camp was not great. It was just about OK All in all an excellent and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Once desert safari is must in Dubai, there are various packages you must have to book with the package, there are morning and afternoon package but the best experience is in evening desert safari which has belly dance show and many more, most of the package includes dune bashing in 4x4 suv, camel riding, welcome tea/coffee, dance viewing, and Barbecue dinner. Foods are pretty good and activities are also nice. If you already have car in Dubai still you need to book package what you can skip is pickup and drop service, which you may do with your own car then you may save alot then package will be around 40aed per person, else if you want pickup and drop service then the package will be around 200aed per person.

Fantastic experience: In the hustle and bustle of this great metropolitan city desert safari is the best thing in a remote desert to enjoy the Arabian culture. Sand dunes bashing is such an adventures ride to reach the camp in desert. Temporary settlement in desert is really amazing and gives insight to Arabian culture. They have all sort of entertainments ranging from quad bikes to camel ride, guys dancing with flames, flame throwers and amazing dances. They also offer native cousine which is also delicious.

Positive experience: So, I'm not sure if I have the right one, there are a few different operators. But they are mostly the same. Its basically a wild ride in the dessert then a very touristy dress up and henna painting. Then a mediocre dinner and a basic belly dancer show. So I know this does not sound too impressive, but if your a tourist like us, its basically not to be missed. I have been to many desert countries but never made it out to the desert. So I recommend this.
