Negative experience: Every time I ask them to book a ticket, they will reply you after 2-3 days. Once I booked and paid, they will provide you the Tax Invoice after 7-10 days. Before they will provide, you have to chase them. Very slow. They will never answer your call as well, only whatsapp.
