Negative experience: I do not know who is giving 3,4 and 5 stars to this company! Friends, families of staff? They have the worst service and the most disorganized team I have ever seen. Do not try to call cause it is impossible to reach anyone. You get someone by chance and follow a long complaint chain - you have to follow up on your transaction with them day by day. If you don't, it is only luck that you may get your visa or ticket on time.
