Negative experience: unprofessional , irresponsible , incompetent Disclaimer , its not story and what's written is 100% correct. These people are not trustworthy. And they don,t care about customer . case 1. I applied visa for my wife (indian national ).There agent Mr Haseeb mentioned it got rejected and mentioned due to security reason. He told me he will send PRO to immigration to get further clarification. Nothing happen. I ask him to send me 3 papers of rejected application or if he cannot send me this mention me the reason of rejection in mail. He started beating around bushes and mentioned that i should go immigration to check it myself. Did not answer my call and never call back to assist in a proper way. I went to immigration and was informed that there is no problem in system. Applied visa again by Cozmo travel and got it in couple of days. And also send a copy to Mr Haseeb. I sent them official mail and never get reply. Case 2 : this time i want to book a ticket , and went other branch in Y15 , England Cluster. Told there agent MUQADDAS , i want a ticket and the return ticket which should be cancelled as she got job offer , agreed on price , Paid .1000/- and got my receipt. Informed to follow up on date of travel to get return ticket, Followed up and got the return ticket a day before travel Date. On Friday 23 09 2022 she must reach immigration for boarding. Upon checking return ticket details it proved to be booked but not paid and confirmed. Got calls from wife having only 90 minutes to board the plan. Calm her and called Speedy way ,no one answer ,, send whats app no one replied. I panic booked a flight ticket myself online and send to my wife so she get boarding done. Imagine the amount of stress they gave us. Later agent called me but what was use of it. So I lost around 230/- again this time. and speedy way want to refund me 65 dirhams. Guys , tell me what they should compensate for the stress they gave us? Finally , my message for business owner is Sir , take care of your business. غیر پیشہ ورانہ، غیر ذمہ دارانہ، نااہل ڈس کلیمر، یہ کہانی نہیں ہے اور جو لکھا ہے وہ 100% درست ہے۔ یہ لوگ قابل اعتبار نہیں ہیں۔ اور وہ گاہک کی پرواہ نہیں کرتے۔ کیس 1۔ میں نے اپنی اہلیہ (ہندوستانی شہری) کے لیے ویزا اپلائی کیا تھا۔ وہاں کے ایجنٹ مسٹر حسیب نے بتایا کہ اسے مسترد کر دیا گیا اور سیکیورٹی کی وجہ سے اس کا ذکر کیا۔ اس نے مجھے بتایا کہ وہ مزید وضاحت حاصل کرنے کے لیے پی آر او کو امیگریشن بھیجے گا۔ کچھ نہیں ہوا. میں نے اس سے کہا کہ مجھے مسترد شدہ درخواست کے 3 کاغذات بھیجیں یا اگر وہ مجھے یہ نہیں بھیج سکتے تو مجھے میل میں مسترد ہونے کی وجہ بتائیں۔ اس نے جھاڑیوں کے گرد مارنا شروع کر دیا اور کہا کہ میں خود امیگریشن جا کر چیک کروں۔ میری کال کا جواب نہیں دیا اور مناسب طریقے سے مدد کرنے کے لیے کبھی واپس کال نہیں کی۔ میں امیگریشن گیا اور بتایا گیا کہ سسٹم میں کوئی مسئلہ نہیں ہے۔ کوزمو ٹریول سے دوبارہ ویزا اپلائی کیا اور دو دن میں مل گیا۔ اور ایک کاپی حسیب صاحب کو بھی بھیج دیں۔ میں نے انہیں میل بھیجا اور کبھی جواب نہیں ملا۔ کیس -2 انگلینڈ کلسٹر میں دوسری برانچ گیا۔ وہاں کے ایجنٹ م نے کہا، مجھے ٹکٹ چاہیے اور واپسی کا ٹکٹ جو کینسل ہونا چاہیے۔ کیونکہ میری بیوی کو نوکری مل گئی۔ میں نے ٹکٹ کی قیمت ادا کی، 1000/- اور میری رسید مل گئی۔ انہوں نے واپسی کا ٹکٹ حاصل کرنے کے لیے سفر کی تاریخ پر عمل کرنے کو کہا، فالو اپ کیا اور سفر کی تاریخ سے ایک دن پہلے واپسی کا ٹکٹ حاصل کیا۔ جمعہ 23 09 2022 کو وہ بورڈنگ کے لیے امیگریشن پہنچی۔ واپسی کے ٹکٹ کی تفصیلات چیک کرنے پر یہ ثابت ہوا کہ یہ بک کیا گیا تھا لیکن ادائیگی اور تصدیق نہیں ہوئی۔ طیارے میں سوار ہونے سے صرف 90 منٹ پہلے بیوی کی طرف سے فون آیا کہ ٹکٹ کنفرم نہیں ہے۔ میں نے اسے پرسکون کیا اور سپیڈی وے پر کال دی، کسی نے جواب نہیں دیا،، واٹس ایپ بھیجیں کسی نے جواب نہیں دیا۔ گھبراہٹ میں میں نے خود آن لائن فلائٹ کا ٹکٹ بک کرایا اور اپنی بیوی کو بھیج دیا تاکہ وہ بورڈنگ مکمل کر لے۔ کیا ٹریول ایجنٹ اس طرح کام کرتے ہیں؟ تصور کریں کہ انہوں نے ہمیں کتنا دباؤ دیا۔ بعد میں ایجنٹ نے مجھے فون کر کے معافی مانگی لیکن اس کا کیا فائدہ۔ تو میں اس بار پھر تقریباً 230/- کا نقصان کر رہا ہوں۔ اور سپیڈی وے ایجنسی مجھ 65درہم واپس کرنا چاہتی ہے۔ دوستو، مجھے بتائیں کہ انہوں نے ہمیں جو تناؤ دیا اس کی تلافی وہ کیا کریں؟
