Fantastic experience: I received excellent service from the guy who working with costumer service

Negative experience: They are scammers and fraudulent. After I requested a refund for my deposit, they refused and used inappropriate language. Additionally, they charged me 4000 for my visa, but when I approached immigration directly, they informed me that the fee was only 2000. Despite my request for a refund, they did not return my money and continued to use offensive language. I strongly advise against using the services of this unreliable agent.
