Fantastic experience: I came across their reference by chance on a WhatsApp group chat and connecting with them was the best decision we took since we'd an impending tour to Baku. My husband had made the arrangements for our stay at the Hilton but we were debating our trave ppl and conveyance while there and that's where Venus came in. Positive experience: We booked 5 days tour of Dubai with Venus. They covered all sightseeing places even which were not in our itinerary. Owner and all drivers were very friendly and cooperative. Owner was all the time checking on us whether tour went well and not any issue. On the last day there was little misunderstanding among drivers and they gave us free ride to airport from the hotel. I would recommend Venus tours for your smooth and enjoyable vacations.

Negative experience: They called me to collect some free gifts. They issued free vouchers for show cruise and local hotel stay. They instructed me to book through via call or email. But they never responded. Basically,they tried to sell their destination package. It's good I did not purchase it. As said, they never answer the call nor respond to emails.

Negative experience: This company is a fraud. Scamming people. They called us that we have been shortlisted for a surprise gift and when we visited them, they offered us their travel Package. They took AED 12000 and gave us a client contract. But after that they never gave us any bookings as per the contract and stopped responding to us. Management is a fraud and on our next visit to this company, I met so many scammed people complaining outside their office.....Beware of them!! They are just scamming people.

Positive experience: Mostly the tour was well organised. A few things could have been better. 14 seater vehicle could have been better. Despite multiple complaints about the poor air conditioning of the vehicle the issue was not resolved. It was a punishment for people sitting in the back seat. Driver was flexible and accommodative. He could have driven the vehicle faster though; not sure if the problem was with the driver or the vehicle.
