Positive experience: Very hardworking staff, good value of money if you want to take flight from UAE. They always offered Makkah resident close to Haram which is most Beneficial in Cat C package. Some administrative initiatives require to take which I believed management will address and improve by next tour.

Negative experience: WARNING: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! Absolutely atrocious experience with this travel agency. Booked a bus trip for Umrah during Ramadan the trip was a NIGHTMARE!!! The bus was filthy, AC wasn’t working the entire trip and bus ended up smelling like a landfill. No other ventilation in the bus!!! The entire trip from UAE to Makkah was worse than a bed of nails. Not to mention, the drivers seemed more interested in fighting and arguing with the passengers. Equally worse was the return journey where the travel agency appointed 1 bus driver for the whole return trip!!! Putting all the bus passengers at risk!!! 2 hours into the return journey from Madina towards UAE and Saudi highway Patrol stops the bus and asks to return to Madina because only 1 driver was available. Again the bus AC had a problem where the water was leaking everywhere on the passengers. And the person who I was in touch with is Asad, who claimed that all problems will be solved but they just kept getting worse. This guy is a liar just like the bus drivers. Absolute no support from the agency during travel. The worst travel agency. That’s all I can say. Save yourself the pain and headache and avoid this agency. They’re a plague!

Negative experience: They are experts in cheating the LIG ( lower income groups) We happened to meet a group in Medina who had come with this travels and had been struck without a/c bus, accommodation in pathetic state, waiting for a day in lobby after the check out,the old and young ones were suffering because of they unorganized and money minded tricks. Hajj and umrah is a sacred pilgrimage and the responsibility should be handled with utmost sincerity , but Astagfirullah they consider this sacred service as a way to make unlawful money. Make Allah guide the travel owner and compensate the sufferings of the underprivileged who aren’t even in possible state to raise their voices against them.

Fantastic experience: It was my first haj so I cannot compare with other offices but I testify that it was very well organised by Abdullah bin Karam and they provided for us (pilgrims) more than what was agreed upon ( accomodation, food and transport). The admin team was always around,easy to contact and available for help , support and guidance and also solve problems asap. Negative experience: The hotels they provide in both Makkah mad Medina would be having almost 0 to 10 % wifi in the rooms. They will be providing minimum to zero info like you to book a permit for Riyadh ul Janna (roza E Rasool) which nobody even bothered to tell. Buses AC would be working find in Saudi Arabia but almost null in UAE.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Hajj Service! Very professional and dedicated staff. Best part is the management is also traveling with the Hajj group ensuring the services are provided as promised in Makkah, Mina, Arafat and during the rest of the Hajj journey. It was recommended to me by one of my friends and after comparing with other companies I chose this group. Alhamdulillah it went very well. Sincere thanks to management and whole staff. They could have very well charged more but they are charging less than others. 100% recommended!

Negative experience: worst experience they just want the payment after that they didn't listinging to you for our Umrah trip they changed more than 5 bus it's disgusting and bus driver behavior is more worse. they have only one weak point that 'you are going for umrah you should calm ' what's that mean we can't speak for our right if we are going for Umrah I'll suggest to everyone don't take any package from them that was my first and last trip with them

Fantastic experience: We dealt with Asad and he was very helpful. He guided and advised based on our concerns. We had kids so he insisted to get hotels near Haram and gave us quotes without insisting to book from them. He advised if you get better deal it is your right. The prices quoted were actually lower than other websites. Further, the travelling in Saudia was also dealt very professionally. We had last minute requests and were accommodated accordingly. Bin Karam (esp Asad) was recommended to us by 5-6 friends and no doubt the service provided was very good. Keeping in mind the tiredness over there I would recommend to book transport since it helps a lot. Our Visa's were processed by Anees and he was very helpful in highlighting requirements. I really appreciate the patience and proper guidance provided.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah our recent umrah & ziarah went well.. We are happy with locations of hotel in Medina & Makkah... We can just walk to Masjid Nabawi & Masjidil Haram... Our guides & drivers were very helpful in guiding us for the umrah as well as in the ziarah to all the historical place..

At reasonable price and we were able to do the umrah Alhamdulillah. We were also helped by them in other items related to timings and handling our online check in plus easy transport options and other logistics. Negative experience: Worst service. Very Arrogant Attitude and totally no manners in Dubai Staff office. I approached there service by seeing there good reviews until I had a worst experience personally with them. To all dear Umrah or Haj appliers, Please be careful and think again if you are willing to take there Haj or Umrah service. After 10 days of submitting my documents, I normally called them and asked update of my umrah visa, the person over phone is answering me " It's not our responsibility" "I dont know when your visa will come".I was shocked to hear this. After hearing this, the same day I personally visited there dubai office near union station. There is this half balded guy in there office who is not willing to talk first of all. When I asked several times, He is replying " I dont know when your visa will come, we did not commit with you". I told I have my flight in three days, Its been more than 10 days I had submitted all my documents, He is replying that's not our responsibility. The way he was talking was very rude and as if he is doing some favour. Frankly, There will not be peace of mind until you get your visa. They might be nice till you submit your documents and later when you want to know update of your visa, they become completely ignorant. They will not even talk with you or convince you properly regarding your visa process. Totally an attitude problem with the staff. At last Alhamdulillah I got my visa finally after facing and tolerating there rude and filthy attitude for no reason literally. I intend to aware people so they should not face problem like me.

Fantastic experience: Everything was simply perfect. Asadullah is such a hands on guy, he even checked me online on all my flights and sent me boarding passes. He would text me to see if everything was ok. Got me excellent flight upgrades. The local transport via 'Hala Guest' was one of the best services I have ever experienced. On time, clean cars and excellent drivers! I stayed at Millennium Taiba in Madina and Movenpick Hajar Towers in Makkah. Whilst the Millennium was a bit of a let down in terms of room quality, they made up for it with excellent food! Movenpick was excellent all around and is just 5 mins walk from Haram. All in all a perfect trip and I pray to Almighty Allah to bless all people who worked for it, especially Asadullah from ABK. In shaa Allah my go to travel agent for all my future umrah & hajj needs :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. They are good and they know how to arrange things They guide the traveler nicely. We being the first time travelers for umrah were bit excited and anxious and were lacking patience in knowing things. But these guys arranged everything very nicely and properly and well in advance. Hotels at right locations, airport to hotel transfers, transfer from makkah to medina, everything was arenaged properly and on time with no issues. Thank you the team of Abdullah bin Karam. Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with Bin Karam Dubai office from last 8 years. I have been to Umrah multiple times and have recommended others too. I am just back last night from Umrah and I faced an issue this week while traveling from dubai to Jeddah when Flydubai staff told me that my Umrah visa is still under process and they did not let me board on the plane. I tried calling bin Karam but it was 7 o clock in the morning and was official holiday last week. I came home and tried again at 9 and found Mr. Asad at office. He helped me a lot and he joined me to discuss this matter with Flydubai. Finally Flydubai gave me another flight to Madinah. I really thank Mr Asad for his support due to which I was able to had a good trip alhamdulillah.

Positive experience: The room size in Dar Al Eman Madinah was very good and their service was also excellent. However, the room and washroom size in Al Rahyhan Rotana in Makkah and their service was not that great. Overall great experience with Abdullah bin Karam haj services.
