Fantastic experience: Une expérience fantastique, à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie! Notre sympathique guide Leo est venu nous chercher avec son 4x4 à l’hôtel à 4h du matin, et nous a accompagné tout au long des activités jusqu’au retour; nous n’étions que 2 dans le 4x4 Nissan avec lequel nous avons fait comme prévu en fin de circuit le tour de conduite sportive dans le désert (bashing). Fortes sensations, toute notre confiance était dans notre pilote qui semblait bien chevronné. L’expérience de la montgolfière est fantastique, même si le décollage a été un peu laborieux, la sensation de flotter en silence dans les airs est unique. De plus, A bord de la montgolfière, il y avait un fauconnier qui a fait voler son faucon autour du ballon, et que nous avons même pu caresser. À peine, le ballon atterri, direction les quads: là aussi une expérience unique, différente des autres balades en Quad, que nous avions pu faire ailleurs car nous pouvions piloter notre Quad librement dans n’importe quel sens et à la vitesse que l’on veut dans les dunes du désert… Le petit-déj’ était composé de produits d’excellente qualité, surtout pour le pain et le jus d’orange avec du salé et du sucré. Ce n’était pas non plus gastronomique, mais ce n’est pas tous les jours qu’on peut se faire servir du saumon fumé en plein désert! Par contre, le tour en chameau ou à cheval est vraiment très court, seulement quelques mètres mais ce n’est pas très grave, car cela nous donne simplement l’occasion de monter dessus et on peut faire les deux. Au total, une expérience inoubliable, complète et très bien organisée.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience to leave great memories. I was afraid of being dizzy but I didn't have that feeling at all. Floating in the air with incredible views of the desert is to be recommended. The waiver was somehow scary but every detail is organized with diligence. I was just disappointed with the video which is static and doesn't show any view.

Negative experience: Driver was 45 minutes late for picking up. coordinator and driver didn’t apologize to me. It was too terrible.

Positive experience: First time ballooning for me and it was a great experience. The large, stable basket accommodating up to 16 people (plus the pilot) was safe and secure (belts and harnesses are provided), and the peaceful floating amongst several other balloons was hugely photo-worthy as the sun came up. It's a very early start to be up in the sky by dawn but on the bright side, you have the rest of the day to do other things too so well worth it.

Negative experience: I had birthday and Christmas tickets worth $680 USD (AED 2,500), which I wasn't able to use. I informed the organisers the day before the event that I was unfortunately unwell. However, I was told I would lose the tickets if I didn't attend the event, having asked to rearrange for work reasons before. Being unwell, I didn't have the energy to argue. The next day, feeling pressured, I managed to get out of bed at 4 am, but my friend (who was joining me) was unable to join me as he was even worse off than me. I informed the lovely driver, who, understandably, couldn't wait and went ahead without us. I immediately messaged the organisers, hoping they'd show some compassion, but after waiting a few days for a response from the management team, we were told that 'management' had graciously offered us 30% of entirely new tickets. This would have cost us an additional $460 USD. Needless to say, we didn't take them up on this gracious offer.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and felt very safe. We had Simba as the main guy and he was great at explaining everything and had a timely check in. Our pilot was awesome, explained everything from take off to landing. He pointed out things as well up in the air. Lastly, we had Armando take pictures of us and he did everything to make sure we got the best pictures, even took us by the balloon itself! He was the best! Overall 10/10 experience, recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing morning spent with their Adventure package. An experience unlike non other. Get out of the city and enjoy the UAE! Everyone (from our guide to captain to “Bird Man” (Tesla’s Family), catering crew, balloon handlers, etc etc… everyone!) was professional, polite and welcoming. You never know what to expect or the quality you’ll receive on such packages. Don’t hesitate, book today! We did pay an upgrade to do open quad bike riding, but that was only an option as I wanted to experience this. Otherwise the quad bikes are in a small coral, perfect for kids and or beginners.

Swift reply on our inquiry via the website and smooth booking experience and great information exchange with Leo via WhatsApp. Hotel pickup by driver Adnan was punctual. Flight preparation on-site was smooth and considerate. Coffee/tea was offered while watching the preparation of the balloons. Experienced captain confidently organized the start. Still only restricted number of passengers due to COVID allows for a rather intimate experience. Overall safety and a good customer experience was top priority of all employees at all times. As several balloons from this and other companies start at the same time in the same area you can take nice pictures of other balloons flying around you during the flight. Expect the landing to be slightly bumpy as landing outside the dedicated landed area in the dunes may occur. Wear adequate footfear. Drive back from landing area was well organized. Breakfast spot is 10mins drive from the landing area. Camel & horseback riding and pictures with a falcon are complimentary with the breakfast package. Video of the flight may be purchased as part of the package or on-site. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This is a once-in-a-lifetime balloon adventure that I will never forget. The breathtaking sunrise above the clouds will undoubtedly take your breath away. This trip allows me to enjoy the beautiful desert by taking a camel ride and then eating a simple breakfast in a relaxing camp. Furthermore, all of the staff is extremely helpful, and our captain is extremely friendly, making my trip truly memorable.

Fantastic experience: Booked this as a Christmas present for my wife. The booking specialist Ms.Pinal was excellent and went above and beyond in organising the booking and keeping us informed. Arrived early morning to the launch spot tea and coffee was on hand to warm us up in the cool morning breeze. We had a safety briefing before climbing aboard and departing. The balloon experience is surreal floating up to 4000ft and then gently drifting down to just about the dunes and watching the desert landscape float by. Saw camels and gazelles roaming the dunes. After around 1 hour we commenced our gradual descent to a safe area to land. Our pilot Mohammed was very informative and provided a excellent and safe flight.We then were then driven to a breakfast camp and enjoyed a morning coffee and breakfast pastry. There was camel rides, horse and a falcon to have an experience with. Mr. Ali was on hand to show us around and provided great service to us! Highly recommend the experience and you won’t go wrong with Hot Air Balloon UAE.

Positive experience: Seeing the sunrise above the clouds is something worth seeing!!! It is not a thing you want to miss! After the ride which took a bout an hour, we went to a camp, there was a camel ride and horse ride, modest breakfast. The staff and crew were so polite and helpful... i enjoyed ut so much

Negative experience: We picked the wrong company! Although this company is call Hot Air Balloon Dubai they are new to Dubai. The original, Balloon Adventures is the company that has the vintage Land Rovers that my friend highly recommended. This company charged a premium rate but everything was substandard and not quite what they make it out to be. The breakfast was bad and the falcon show was just holding a falcon on the ground - not flying form the balloon. At the site they were tethering another balloon to the ground full of Chinese guests which I heard was dangerous. Not recommended!

Fantastic experience: No words! Such an amazing experience and a must do activity in Dubai. It started with an early morning pick up from our hotel and taken to the desert. The sunrise view was great, enjoyed the falcon show and camel ride. Their team is so proffessional and this activity is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had the best Hot Air Balloon flying experience in Dubai. Excellent 4x4 Landcruisers for transfers were used, strong wifi on board, beautiful view of desert white oryx, gazelles and even a desert fox was spoted. The Pilot and ground crew are also very professional and friendly. Hope to fly again soon.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Summary: unprofessional, do not care once they get your money, super bad customer service if they cancel on you you are NOT THE PRIORITY (since they already have your money) First issue, sent an email asking usual questions about what time to get there etc. Received NO REPLY. So used their FAQ page which stated to come at 5:15. Booked a nurse (as we have a 5 month old and needed a baby sitter) so an added 600 aed expense (knowing okay it might get canceled but a risk willing to take) We drive there and get calls saying we are late should arrive at 4:45 even though we emailed and ASKED then used THEY'RE OWN FAQ PAGE INFO. The lady there made us VERY uncomfortable later ( after being there for 30 mins based on weather it got canceled. Completely okay as that's safety so we didn't mind.) What I did mind was that we got given a new date and as I was scrambling finding new nurses etc and getting everything ready and confirming for the new date. We get an email saying sorry fully booked here is a new date. I called and said same lady was very uncaring didn't seem to care at all about the predicament nor did she want to talk on the phone. She was like reply to the Email saying you want a refund. No "oh we are sorry to hear this, it was our fault and we should figure something out. Or even a normal why can't you do the second date as we are flying out." let's figure out a way to make you get on the balloon. Since it was a cancelation on they're part they should 100% put us as a priority for the next flight. We didn't pay 1400 + an additional 100 to be treated like this. I really wouldn't recommend this place because they are unprofessional do not reply to emails and honestly don't seem to care at all about customer service. Terrible.

Fantastic experience: First realizing i was flying without the sound of an engine totally quiet except for when it flares up what i thought only the birds could enjoy, and then the fresh air without feeling the wind shortly before the captain announced, "for the first time flyers you may observe and enjoy fresh air without feeling the wind as wind is air that is moving in this case you are floating with the wind and moving in same speed and direction so you became part of the wind and therefore you cant feel it" now that was special, breathtaking views of beautifull fine dessert and i think it was the best way to observe it, spotted gazzelles in their natural habitat , quad bikers bashing dunes and chasing our balloon from the ground like some indiana jones sequel lol, landing was alot of fun, great adventure, therapeutic experience, staff where great and funny, thanks guys see you again soonest.

There is nothing scary about this, it’s just beautiful up there. The rise and landing were so smooth, and it was absolutely magical watching the sunrise all around you and seeing the desert come to life. Fantastic experience: Hello everyone. If you are looking for a balloon ride over the desert, don’t look anywhere else and just book with hotairballoonuae. They were amazing. I had originally booked the ride with a different company on groupon, but I only found out that they were scam the night before the tour. Our whole group was extremely disappointed as we were all too excited for this experience. Thankfully, I found hotairballoonuae online and whatsapp messaged them at 10:30 pm. They returned my message and arranged our pick up from the hotel at 4 am. That’s literally couple hours before the flight. And everything from then on went amazing. The ride was spectacular, looking over the desert, sunrise. Well I’m speechless, I loved the whole experience. Our captain was also very friendly and informative. I will recommend them to all my friends visiting Dubai.

Fantastic experience: It was a breathtaking experience like never before. It is must thing to do while in Dubai and it is nothing like any other adventure activities in Dubai. If you are scared of heights fear not because this is just like floating in the air. I will be doing this later on this year, its already been my 5th time. Amazing customer experience!!!
