Negative experience: They didn't enter my excess baggage fare in their system and collected money. Later when i try to come back to abu dhabi again the website asking the same money which i already paid.

Fantastic experience: 25-7- 2024 I had an outstanding experience at the city check-in today. Arriving just as they opened at 9 AM, I was immediately met with exceptional hospitality. Ms. Nitha was incredibly professional and supportive, guiding me with precise information. Mr. Shehab, the key manager, handled customers with remarkable professionalism. A special mention to the diligent support staff who expertly wrapped my luggage, ensuring it arrived without any damage. I deeply appreciate and respect the superb hospitality provided. Thank you for making my visit seamless and enjoyable.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. I visited there on 23/04/2024 at 7:30 PM. When I enter their branch there is two staff sitting there and also there is no other customers.They saw,im entering to their branch.There is no greetings from the staff. I went near to one of the staff . He saw me, also he is not responding Im just standing in front of his desk.He is not asking anything. Then I informed him, I need to change my ticket date.He said okay.Then nothing he is not talking to me, no instruction what I have to provide him to change my date and the fun part is I asked him can i sit here. Then he respond yes.He don't want tell a customer please sit and customer has to ask him can i sit . Hahah.. Then I asked him do u need any details regarding to change the ticket date? Then he responded. YES, Then I provided him the details. After changing the date he gave me the printout of my ticket.Then I asked him could you please give me an envelope.He said they don't have any . I wondered is this is really Air Arabia office? Some one need look into this and also please give a training to your staff. I always prefer Air Arabia for my traveling.These kind of behaviour will make me rethink.

Negative experience: The concept is very practical but there is only one checkin desk and the staff at the time was not helpful not knowing what he was doing . The lady at the counter (with turban and red lipstick) is not friendly

Negative experience: This aurline is a scam! They refused me boarding to a flight back to the same place I came from! They create policies which are behond country’s migration laws. The ground staff are totally brainless.
