Yesterday was my visa change A to A exit, my flight is around 1:30pm when i was waiting for my flight going to kuwait i didn't expect that my visa was already approved,(i was thinking i didnt yet reached the kuwait but the visa already came out, i was very happy) I was not expecting that its so fast like a flash . When i came back from kuwait to dubai the staff Ms. Paula still asking if how i am, how's s my flight, shes very caring knowing that i already have the visa and her job is finished but still she cares. So to all kabayans and other nationalities that are looking for trusted travel agency, 101% this Agency is the best and reliable.

Negative experience: Very bad service.

Negative experience: I had an urgent request , the staff are not bothering to answer their calls, both mobile and land line. The numbers shown on their invoice do not work. Hopeless service . Will never deal with them next time. Made 20 calls on 08 Dec not answered and no call back. I hope the higher management takes some action before others go thru the same horrible experience.

Negative experience: I send some items from there cargo service but that I receive in India after a very long time ,it's take more then 84 days
