Negative experience: I am amending my original review. Mumtaz booked us an appointment with Malta as it was the closest one, but i have specifically asked if they were stricter than other countries, and he said it was 100% approval rate for him before. First of all we were called in for an interview, first time ever and i applied before without any agents 8+ times for Schengen, and now my husband got rejection and i still don’t have my passport after 3 weeks, with no update, and they mentioned in the rejection letter that “information submitted regardIng justification for purpose of stay not reliable”, which is the documentation he prepared for us. So i would not recommend this company for anything but helping book an appointment, and definitely don’t book in Malta as upon checking they have the highest rate of rejection statistically among the Schengen countries. Another update: i got a rejection also, first time in my life decided to use agency since didn’t have the time and got rejected, when 8 times before was applying myself and always was getting the schengen visa from france, germany, austria, spain..thanks a lot for your “help”.

Negative experience: The one who is handling whatsapp was so not professional and being rude with me without any reason i asked a question he could easily answer or ignored but he was talking to me in rude why i have the conversation screenshot of him saying to me go to other pleases and apply don’t disturb??? Negative experience: My experience with this tourism company left much to be desired. I initially contacted them online via WhatsApp to inquire about their visa processing fees. To my surprise, their fees were double the price announced by the Consulate. When I asked for clarification on this substantial difference, the response I received was far from professional. Instead of addressing my legitimate question, the person on the other end chose to engage in an argument. My attempt to further understand the situation by calling them was met with even greater disappointment. The individual who answered the phone displayed a level of rudeness and arrogance that was truly astonishing. It felt as if he considered himself the owner of the business, and customer courtesy was an afterthought. In light of this unfortunate encounter, I have decided not to engage with this company in any way. In fact, I would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with such a disrespected and unprofessional business. There are plenty of other reputable tourism companies that provide far better service and treat their customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Moreover, if the service fee was not as per your expectation, you could have approached the consulate thereafter and proceeded with the necessary documentation and procedure directly.Furthermore, we recommend you to scout around and experience other agency services and their charges before you proceed further with faulty accusations in the hope of ruining a professional and reputable travel agency such as Smart System Holidays.

Negative experience: Начну с того что гид наш прибыл на след день в 13:00 (после нашего заселения). Мы прибыли утром около 10 часов и имели много свободного времени, а изза гида просто потеряли один день. Мы бывали в других странах много раз и знаем что тур фирмы знают местные лазейки и фишки чтобы предоставить своим клиентам больше услуг за меньшие оплаты, то есть тур компания работает на стороне своего клиента. Я уточнил у гида вопрос о том, выйдет ли у нас дешевле если мы закупим экскурсии у него, он уверил нас что будет дешевле. Но по экскурсиям у нас вышло дороже. Например в варнер брос мы могли бы за ту же цену купить комбо билет (или билет с едой), а наш гид продал нам билет только на один парк на один день и дороже тем более. Тут получился еще такой случай, он мне сказал что цена будет 830$ а на деле с моего счета сняли $1000 ровно. Он обьяснил это тем что комиссия и курсы и тд. Если бы сказал заранее я мог бы снять эти деньги и передать наличными. Мы купили около шести экскурсий и у троих этих экскурсий мы должны сами найти такси и поехать сами, получается мы просто купили входные билеты, еще и подороже. Я к тому что тут впервые нам кажется что турфирма работает не на нашей стороне, я готов с одной стороны платить деньги за экскурсии но я за честность. Еще момент такой что, в дубай тур мы заплатили $200 долларов, а оказалось это было только за трансфер, то есть за такси. А за вход в цветочный сад и глобал вилла мы заплатили сами, итого 200 + 400 с чем то. Я написал свои претензии гиду, а он отшивается, занят и тд. У меня такое ощущение что с нас деньги содрали а теперь мы сами должны поймать такси и организовать свои экскурсии. Такие вещи мы можем и без тур фирмы делать, тем более когда покупаешь онлайн билеты, там дешевле примерно на %10. А уличные продавцы тем более продают два парка сразу в комбо. Я теперь везде буду рекламировать эту тур фирму своим друзьям.
