Negative experience: Since there is no zero star, I am forced to give 1 star. Such a pathetic experience we had for 2 months UAE visa. My husband had to exit Oman for the same. The agency applied for the visa, but they couldn’t proceed it because there was some other visa file had been opened on the same day. We really don’t know how it happened, but the travel agent people called me and said they can’t do anything from their end unless the opened file is cancelled. Being a women and new to UAE, I was all alone and didn’t know what to do. I tried calling lot of other agencies to fix this but they said it can be done only by purple royal travels only, because we had already paid the full amount to them. My husband had to stay there for 2 days and these people were very rude to me and never answered my call or messages. After all my continuous calls and messages, finally my husband got the visa. I would personally recommend no one should take their service especially for the visa. You will end up in trouble. No proper response you will get from them. Such a pathetic experience. Very bad. Most of the positive reviews that you find here, are given by their employees. So don’t fall into their positive reviews and end up in trouble.
