Negative experience: UNPROFESSIONAL. HASSLE. Do yourselves a favor and look for other tour agencies in Dubai. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY AND TRUST IN THIS COMPANY. We booked a Georgia Tour Package last November 3-6 (4 DAYS 3 NIGHTS) thru agent JASMI. 1. THE WORST PART is on our last day, JASMI said we will visit 13 different destinations in the city tour BUT WE ONLY WENT TO ONE!!! 2. JASMI said that we will leave Tbilisi at 3PM to do the city tour but the night before the last day, JASMI said that we should leave at 12:30PM instead! After complaining that she should adhere to her promise of leaving at 3PM, JASMI said book our OWN taxi to enjoy the city tour! 3. JASMI promised a wonderful trip before, and WE PAID IN FULL ON THE SPOT. After that, JASMI didn't update us anymore UNLESS you message her and push her to send the documents needed for the flight. 4. JASMI told us we can ride the cable car which we are excited about, but upon reaching the area, IT IS CLOSED because it is only operational during winter. JASMI SHOULD KNOW about it and not give false information. 5. JASMI didn't provide any solutions on our last day and DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE for giving us wrong information and itinerary. 6. We then talked to the Manager, NASEEM and raised our concern about the situation, NASEEM apologized in her behalf and then offered a half day city tour if we BOOKED AGAIN in their agency. (Which will never happen after experiencing the hassle JASMI gave). NASEEM then offered a refund of 75 AED for the both of us. That is 37.5 AED EACH! It's not even enough to cover the last day that was wasted!!! 7. NASEEM assured us that we would get the refund in 3-4 working days and coordinate it to JASMI, but JASMI told us that it is 4-5 working days! We waited and, on the 5th, working day, I messaged JASMI and NASEEM about the refund, and it turns out, THEY DID NOT PROCESS IT YET!!! 8. On the 5th working day, JASMI and NASEEM just started to ask MORE questions about my bank account for them to transfer the refund, aside from that, JASMI was RUDE because I was really pushing her to refund the money, if you can only see the conversation we had as if I was the one who did wrong to her. I continuously messaged them FROM 1:44PM UNTIL 10:15PM!!!! THEY PROMISED was 3-4 or 4-5 working days. I WAS REFUNDED ON THE 6TH WORKING DAY! The tour was November 3-6, I WAS REFUNDED ONLY 75 AED FOR TWO PERSONS in November 30!!!!!!! THE UNPROFESSIONALISM! THE HASSLE! BOOK FROM OTHER TOUR AGENCIES INSTEAD! Instead of enjoying our tour in Georgia this is what they gave us!

Fantastic experience: We had an unforgettable journey of Azerbaijan with a great support of Naseem. He planned our entire trip to Azerbaijan. The hotel was clean and good one . The guide was sensible and English speaker. Thank you Naseem and Exotic Travel.

Jasmi is a Great and true travel agent, who gave us exact and complete details of the countries and it's know how's.. Visa process, flight details, baggage policies, all were very exact and true details..many people said wrong things about Wizz air, but as per jasmi, it was all accurately said.. Tour was very good and worthwhile.. The guide named giviko was very down to earth.. His name is Kasho.. All about Exotic tours is well managed and worth for recommendations ..

Positive experience: We recently used Exotic Travels for my Azerbaijan trip and it was awesome! Mr Naseem and Jasmi was super professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Special shoutout to guide Agasef for being so helpful. I highly recommend Exotic Travels for excellent service!

Negative experience: AVOID!!!! Especially the agent named JASMI! Poor service! After taking your money they will not take responsibility anymore. If only there is an option of ZERO star I will choose it!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: If you want to stress yourself, this is the perfect company for you. The agent will ruin your tour instead of enjoying it. 1.) The indian lady named "JASMI" was very fast to reply during inquiries and will tell you all the good things about the tour package you are about to avail but once you already paid the full amount of it expect that you will not receive any updates from her anymore, unless you push her to send you all the important documents. SHE SENT OUR DOCUMENTS LAST MINUTE AND IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME BECAUSE I NEED TO MESSAGE OR REMIND HER EVERYDAY FROM TIME TO TIME. SHE'S HORRIBLE! SHE SHOULD BE THE ONE TAKING INITIATIVE TO REACH OUT TO HER CLIENTS! 2. WORST part is the day we paid the tour! She informed us that there are cable cars which was closed and that we will leave 3PM in the city since our flight is evening time (9PM). But day before our flight they informed us that we need to catch the 12noon bus. Which cause us not to do the last day itinerary. WE DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO DO THE CITY TOUR AND WE JUST WASTED OUR DAY WAITING IN THE AIRPORT. SHE EVEN TOLD US THAT IF WE WANT TO DO THE LAST DAY TOUR, WE MUST BOOK AND PAY OUR OWN TAXI. 3. They don't even communicate with their co-employees. Our tour guide doesn't even have our itinerary, we are the one who sent it to him. And once we got home, JASMI didn't even apologize for the inconvenience she caused us. NOT EVEN ONCE. Even the way she talked to us, SHE HAS NO MANNERS AT ALL. We asked for the manager's contact number since she doesn't want to help us regarding our concern. 4. Once we get intouched with the manager, we come up with the solution of cash refund for our last day that was wasted because of their sudden changes. First, he offered complimentary half day tour if we will book from them again. AS IF WE STILL WANT TO BOOK FROM THEM AGAIN. LOL. After a long discussion, he informed that they can only refund 75AED for 2 persons, which is really unacceptable because it will not even cover 1 taxi fare going to a one destination. (TAKE NOTE THAT WE MISSED ALMOST 13 DESTINATIONS) We are expecting that they will give us back the amount that will cost the full city tour for 2 persons because we paid for it. They even informed us that it will take 3 to 4 days only to process a refund but it took 1 week, if we will not follow up to them, I don't think we will even received it Save yourself and AVOID this company. I don't even know how they got this job! Obviously the agent is just after the money and sales commission. JASMI DOESN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS' SATISFACTION AT ALL. HER CHARACTER IS A TOTAL OPPOSITE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES AGENT SHOULD BE. SHE'S RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC.

But he was so helpful to cover all the places and was very nice with my kids. Jasmi was kind enough to be very patient when I negotiated a lot.. but she gave a good deal.

Positive experience: Trip was awesome. Well planned and well coordinated. Guide arranged by Exotic Travels was perfect and he took good care of us and took us to right resturants by understanding our requirements. One suggestion for improvement: Exotic Travel should ensure stay arranged by their counterpart in Georgia is meeting all the requirements rather than going with ratings. Kutaisi stay arrangement was below average though online rating shows as 4.6 of of 5.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Exotic Travels. Mr. Sadiq was a good agent, someone who was available at anytime with answers to my queries. I stayed at Hotel Terrace in Kutaisi which was really great hotel in terms of both food and all the other amenities with great breathtaking views of Kutaisi. At Tblisi, I stayed at Hotel Iveria Inn, even at this hotel the food and amenities were great except for the Wi-Fi as it was very poor which was disappointing as we found it difficult to contact our family back at home. As for the guide Mr. Levan was one among the best part of the whole trip as he was both a very good person and a guide who was of so much help throughout our trip. Hats off to him for being such a  wonderful person to travel with and I hope this message reaches him as well. Overall, I had a wonderful time and thank you Exotic Travel & Mr. Sadiq for giving me such a wonderful trip for such an affordable package.
