Negative experience: Fake company. My friend lost money

Negative experience: Yes , after seeing my post you contacted me, but there was no confirmation for the refund.. giving only excuses and promises as we had heard about it for the past 2 years... Fake..

Negative experience: Scam scam scam.. these people had taken my money and grown their business.. so courage to cheat people in a country like this.. the concerned authorities should take immediate action and do the necessary arrangements to get our money back.. God will not leave whoever involves in Royal Palm .. i have struggled that much in all means emotionally , financially and wasted my valuable time in sending emails and calling all the numbers which they provided but of no use..I actually dont want to put a review but if I dont do it then so many people vl fall in their trap.. i can see their comment below stating they had reached me out .. but the truth is that no one called me from their office…

Negative experience: Hi Everyone, We had a similar experience. We paid 9000 AED for a 120-day hotel stay, and they also promised we could book some entertainment activities such as visiting the Burj Khalifa, the aquarium, etc. After several emails and phone follow-ups, they finally responded with a fraudulent offer, stating that we could only use four to five stays per year, with the remaining stays to be used over a lifetime. I visited their office and confronted the management. They returned 4500 SAR. We booked two nights and one activity, which cost around 1000 AED. The remaining 3500 AED was effectively taken by the RPH team. Since I moved to Saudi Arabia last year, I have not received any further responses from them.

Negative experience: I paid 4000 Aed for Pakage .. and not used a single day .. when we go request reservations every time excuse..and they don’t know treat costomer.

Negative experience: The King liars..!! When they met me in mall, told, just fill the coupon and will get so many Dubai activities for free.. And rep called me informed me about lucky draw and invited me to collect gifts and vouchers which are useless and utter waster of time. Funniest thing is i could see n number of lucky draw winners there. I received a 12 pcs set but promised was branded 32 pcs set and vouchers. I tried to redeem coupon, they haven't replied my emails for 2 weeks, and final i wrote a review here and got call and received so many useless calls and mails. They send me some hotel names which is valued approx. below AED 49.00 and asking AED 500 registration fee for redeem "gift voucher" I came to know that so many people opted their packages and still struggling due to un revealed/hidden terms and conditions during presentation of packages. So guys, stay away and be alert from these kind of scam. I believe all these positive reviews are fake and paid.

Negative experience: They are a fraud company. They smoothly steal thousands of bucks from you. Oh they are cunningly smooth in convincing you to give them your money. They first give you lucky draw in some mall, call you and tell you that you won, they ask you to meet them in some hotel, they offer lifetime packages for traveling. DO NOT FALL FOR IT Also, all the positive reviews here are by their own team. Proof is that, you can find a review by Jamaluddin . He is not a customer. He was the one who brain washed me and made me fall for their scam. They have employees of all languages. They observe you and see what is your native language and they assign a person who talks in that language so you kinda get a sense of trust as that person is from you home town. That's how they trap you

Negative experience: One of the worst fraudsters you would ever come across, they have been using fake ids and names as staffs to operate their fraud business, we have been behind them for about a year to return the money but they only did a some amount of it after registering the case in police. For anyone who has lost their money with them please register the case under the MOI app. The police will take action against it, you stepping back and not raising case will help these monsters to keep going further with their business. I have seen worst scenarios in their office my eyes couldn’t believe, in fact if you ask them to show their emirates ID they’d never cause they’ve been lying with their whole identity. Shame on them and shame on every penny they steal from others. They have no value for your hard earned money. I repeat again to raise a case against them please do it through MOI APP. If you find their whereabouts anywhere please inform others too as they have been changing locations and running away with the money.

Negative experience: Big cheaters, I have tried Sharjah, Dubai, SAIF zone, no use, luckily losed AED1000, how they got approval from authority don't know. Be aware be safe.

Negative experience: Royal Palm Holidays are scammers. Their sales team will give 100s of promises which are untrue in fact. I took membership paying 10k gor which they offered priority services on hotel stays of 4 and 5 stars. Only condition is 45 days prior booking. They have 1000s of properties. I did a booking to Georgia 90 days prior considering Eid holiday rush. They promised the booking and family were excited for it. Near to the date they informed as not possible. I did a review from my experience. Customer service called apologized and offered another stay locally, requested to remove the review. I did and waited for confirmation. They confirmed through email. I went to the property with family for staycation. The reception looked at me like a fool and said , how you could come without a booking ref. I showed the confirmation email to them. They told there is no such booking done. Was not knowing how to react on this. Returned back home with kids who was so excited to stay. So please never go with these scammers anymore. They dont have even relations with tea shops.. Its absolutely rediculous response you are giving at bottom. On the discussion with Mr. Prasanth in your office he was blaming me for going to the hotel without your coupons. When there is an email confirmation how do I know there is a coupon to be collected from you? From the experienceI came to know you this is regular situation in your office, I am not the first.. Below their reply is absolutely wrong.. They didnt give any service after that, infact they called me to their office and offered AED 200 voucher and told that I am wrongly understood their emails. Also their email delivered to me AFTER 4 days from day of sending.

One year, visiting office several times complaining.. no confirmation or booking given.. no refund option they say.. emails come back undelivered and calls no answer ever..

Negative experience: Dear Everyone, I kindly request everyone to just stay away from these scammers. We paid 15000 AED + Emi interest of 4000 AED to these scammers and got fooled. They were very clever. I will explain here what exactly happened. We paid 15000 for 85 nights 2 years back and we have used only 5 nights. out last trip was supposed to be 10 nights which they screwed up by providing all misinformation and misguidance and finally we had to do everything on our own. And again we tried to book local stays just to use the 80 nights however possible but they kept telling us to book after Jan 10 2024 which was well planned escape plan for them. Because after Jan 10th they just shut down their office because of some government violation which is think is not true. Honestly i have no clue how to proceed legally also because ive been sending emails to authorities and no response from them either. If you go to arbitration center you will have to pay the same amount what you paid these clowns. Negative experience: I only wish I hadn't visited them 3 years back. They just invited me and my family for some prize collection, saying we had won some gifts and used their staff to force and push us into signing up for their services, by brainwashing us. Ever since, they were always giving reasons after reasons for postponing services and dates. I currently have availed 2 services and last month I went to their office and spoke to their manager and he gave me a staycation for today (22nd of January, 2024) I contacted the hotel in Al Ain to crosscheck my booking today and I was informed that the booking was cancelled 5 days ago. Me and my family were shattered, as we had already packed our stuff and been in the car. It is then, that I decided to check at their office where I happened to see it been sealed by the authorities, and I now believe that this was all a part of a bigger scam right in the UAE. For whoever has paid them money, or whoever will have to come across such companies (which is still ongoing in the names of raffle draws) please do not fall for it, ever. I also request any people who are of my same situation to connect mutually and approach the authorities for better results as well. EMI reimbursement was promised in 5 installments. Still haven't received a dime. They keep insisting to change the dates. And now they are denying Theme park vouchers. They dont answer the calls nor have the courtesy to call back. Stay away and book directly online. Save your time, money and peace of mind.

Negative experience: We were told by the royal palm employee to remove our previous posts and they only they will process our request. Which we did and it's been more than a month now they fail to fulfill their promise not only that they had sent an email to us as a proof that our refund will be provided after having a face to face meeting with them twice in their office! And here we are, everything has a limit and they have crossed it all our story is long and very disappointing with RPH I cannot express the pain and struggle they have caused us financially and emtionally. They have the guts now to threaten us that do whatever you want we will not give your refund even when we have sent you a confirmation email. I do not understand how are they doing this business scamming people and taking their hard earned money. They think they can do as they wish and words are of no value to them. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone instead be caution of such scammers! I'm posting a review again as they did not do what was promised to us and just took advantage of us.

They promised to fulfill all my requirements and took my money without hesitation. However, it was all downhill from there. After they got their hands on my hard-earned cash, it's like they vanished into thin air. I've tried calling them numerous times, but no one ever picks up. Their email? Well, it's like sending messages into the abyss because I've received zero responses. It's apparent they are experts at taking money and then providing zero service in return. Please, save yourself the headache and heartache and avoid this sham of a company at all costs. They're nothing but a bunch of frauds who thrive on robbing unsuspecting customers. I wish I could give them zero stars, but one star is the minimum. Don't fall into the same trap I did!

Not a single request has been honoured in the past 9 months.Need to bring these cheaters to the notice of the concerned authorities. My family and I contacted by Royal Palm Holidays and they help us with choosing a holiday package for Kerala and I have to say it was the easiest most well organized part of our trip. Driver met us at the airport took us to Abad Hotel,Cochin.The driver was great. Not only did he keep an extremely clean car but he was very knowledgeable about everywhere we visited and provided us with great (and safe) food recommendations. Negative experience: I really wish whoever is thinking or sitting in front of their marketing team to join their service should see this message and realize nothing will work out as they promise. I have experienced it 2 times and both the times I contacted them 2 to 3 months before for some booking and followed up every week, that even cheaper ones within India and UAE. All time they just replied through email saying 'we will get back soon', but till last moment nothing happens. Both the times I booked everything my own last minute to keep my promise to family which is an absolute money waste for me. They are never reachable over phone. The marketing team told me they will be available for any future help, but when I called them for help they were saying 'our duty is just to make you join, now nothing can be done by us, email them and wait for reply'. I have seen some positive comments below, but from my experience I am 100% sure nothing will work out and I request everyone to realize the truth. It's an absolute fraud and scam company for me based on my experience.

Negative experience: Absolute pathetic fraudulent company. After listening to all their tall claims, I have opted for travel package by paying AED21,500/- vide package ID-DXB0011548. They allowed payment through Credit cards and asked me to convert to EMI and promised that interest on EMI will be reimbursed in 4 equal instalments- After repeated mails and follow ups, they reimbursed 1st instalment and not responding properly on remaining instalments although their promised due dates are long gone. First booking request for a hotel in dubai was honoured properly. There after any kind of request is only replied with we will coordinate with affiliated suppliers and get back to you on this and no confirmation ever comes. All the contact numbers of sales persons, customer managers etc. are all always switched off or non existing. Their customer care number is never answered. Never trust these Scam companies and pay even a single penny of your hard earned money. I want to get refund of my money or proceed legally on this fraud company. Any help on this would be helpful to me and also to many other troubled families.

Negative experience: I purchased Royal Plam FZE membership 6 months before since then don’t provide any service to relatives for my package. There are offering me very cheap options which is wast of my money. Always phone and email not respond. There are professional cheaters!

Negative experience: We are very disappointed with their services, we never book any international night we only requested local UAE nights but every time before 2 days of booking date they refused to provide booking and saying like no booking available for whole month and when we reschedule our booking according to their mentioned schedule same happened again they didn’t provide booking on their mentioned schedule as well. Please don’t buy this package it’s a stress nothing else

Negative experience: Pathetic service levels. Clearly the company does not have enough inventory and are delaying bookings. I would not recommend Royal Palm as their track record is questionable. Not surprised to see recent negative comments about them on public domain. Haven’t seen any travel company conduct business the way they have, with no business ethics Update No. 2 Plus the company claiming (as a response to my post) my issue has been addressed, its not till I see the vouchers. Till then my feedback remain as is. Update No.3 Received calls from the company to remove my review to get the required service (for the money I paid in full). If Royal Palm could only focus their strength/energy on providing better customer service than firefighting (asking customer to delete posts), the company can do well. Unfortunately not and clearly a lack of intent to solve issues.

Negative experience: Fake fake fake company. Scammers!!! They called me to say I won a privé and had to collect it in Sharjah i went there they wanted me to give them 15,000 for a coupon book. I checked it was fake and gift didn't exist
