Fantastic experience: We have got an amazing service. The tour packages have different options for private tour and with sharing. We have used the Desert Safari with sharing and the Dhow Cruise Dinner with sharing. Both of them have different and amazing experiences. Mr. Raja Asfand has helped us by making things so easy for us, by arranging and following up till the end. He has also took our feedback after the services. I highly recommend for the services.

Negative experience: Oh my god .i just now called this agency to enquire about flight ticket.from beginning only his voice ws very rude...n I just asked why there r difference between u n online ticket. ( I know thr r some extra chsrges if we take ticket from agencies.)..suddenly he raised his voice and told y u r calling here n so msny things he told......I never expected this from RIFAA TOURS. I WANTED SOME TICKES FROM THIS AGENCY Very rude behaviour from this man PLS WE ARE CUSTOMER DONT RUDE WITH US..... THX

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful Dubai trip for myself and family, completely organised by Riffa Tours, right from Visa, Hotels and activities etc ….. I have to say that they are well experienced in Dubai Tourism. Their suggestions were very much helpful from unwanted expenditure, wastage of time which made the entire trip leisurely. The supports provided by friendly staff throughout the trip was fantastic. Appreciate your service… Keep it up. Fantastic experience: We stayed at Hampton Dubai Al Barsha. Sarika from Rifaa Tours helped us book various tours in Dubai. Very professional and attentive to the needs of the group, coming with useful information and examples of what we could see on the trips of interest to us. She made sure that we benefited from all the necessary comfort, providing us with transportation from the hotel to the visited objectives and back to the hotel. She even helped us with transportation to Abu Dhabi International Airport for a group of 12 people. A big thumbs up for her!

Negative experience: Very poor communication. Would not recommend and not book again. We booked the package deal: city tour, marina tour including dinner and desert safari including dinner. Summery: City tour; don't do it.. not interesting waste of time and money. Marina Tour; was okay-ish, to bad they forgot to pick us up and had to take a taxi. Desert-safari; The driver was really really nice and a good driver. We really liked the dune bashing with him. The camp was ~okay. Food not that good, the 'snacks' were uneatable. Again poor communication, we also included sand boarding but this was skipped. Complaining to the company didn't help, they just don't respond anymore. City Tour: We were picked up 50 minutes late (after calling several times), we had to wait in the lobby the whole time. The first stop of the city tour was at a shop, it felt like they were trying to get you to spend more money. It wasn't really interesting and nothing to see.. The complete City tour consisted of rushing to several things and we had 5 minutes to take a quick photo. One other stop was at the art gallery(?). Again maybe 20 minutes to be rushed through it. Most time was spend on trying to get you to buy a carpet or jewelry. Near the end of the tour someone puked in the bus, this made us to decide to leave the bus and take the metro back to the hotel. Marina Tour including dinner: After waiting in the lobby for more than 1 hour and calling the agent several times... Some guy called us, (not the agent, never heard of her again after complaining), and said they forgot to pick us up. If we rushed to a taxi we would probably still make it. In the end they payed for our taxi but without the conversion fees Euro->EAD. The dinner was okay-ish, the trip through Dubai was nice. Desert-safari: The driver was 15 minutes early (yay!!) so he had to wait 5 mins for us to be ready. He was really nice and had fun conversations. His driving during dune bashing was really good, we enjoyed it a lot. Unfortunately he was not informed by the company we also included sandboarding, so we didn't do this although really looking forward to it.. In the camp the company again tries to sell you an upgrade for the dinner. We didn't take it. The food in the camp was not good, it was advertised as a BBQ but we only got 1 chicken wing as meat. The shows were nice. But please don't go to the toilet...

Positive experience: Rifaa Tours (Raja Asfand) is located in the hotel. So it is easy to book some tours. We did book different kind of tours. One of these tours was a private tour through Dubai. We loved it. The only thing we didn't like is, that in a museum they did want to sell a lot of thinks (Rifaa Tours is not responsible for that). We did want to see the museum, not to buy stuff. An other tour we did was a tour through Abu Dhabi. That was really great. Also a tour through the dessert and a Dhow cruise. We enjoyed these tours. It is easy to book these tours at Rifaa tours and the tours were great.

Negative experience: I am disappointed with this agency. I booked & paid for a 1 night stay hotel accommodation for me and my family. I asked the first time if we can amend the booking to chage the schedule as my baby is sick and will not be able to enjoy the outing while ur daugther is sick. they amended it as per our requested date. Now, I am requesting them to amend the booking from my name to my sisters name since we will be traveling back to home country and since they told me that cancelation is not possible. Unfortunately, as they said amended is not possible too. But, the hotel is telling me the opposite and they said its possible they just need to reveive an email request from al riffa. Then,what option do I have as a consumer to atleast get the some of the money we paid. I will not give you my hard earned money for free. I have been chasing them numerous times but the same answers I recieved

Fantastic experience: We booked a VIP safari day at the last minute, about 30 minutes before the appointment, and the lovely Sarika was so kind to help us and make it happen. We had no idea we would have so much fun, many thanks to our great driver and guide - Osman!!! He always took care of us and helped us with literally everything from booking a quad tour to taking great photos of us! Even after that at the camp he was constantly with us assisting! He also made a great safari tour with fantastic Arabic music, out of all cars we did have the most fun. If you have the chance to choose a driver and guide - go for Osman.

Negative experience: Don't book in Dubai the PCR test with this company. Its not reliable. We waited 2 hours. They told us that the nurse was stuck in traffic. But on Sunday there is no traffic problem. They didn't answer the phone anymore. Excuse was that battery was empty!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just now arrived from India to Kuwait via Dubai. Package was Arranged by Rifaa tours. 16 days stay was in Hyatt regency Dubai. Truly professional service by Rifa . Very good coordination between Dubai and Kuwait office. Very attractive package. We were 4 guests and. Rifaa took all the efforts to make this journey memorable. They even arranged for pcr test sample collection to be done in the hotel itself. Over all full grades to Rifa. Highly recommended.
