Negative experience: Not helpful at all. My father booked a ticket for one way instead of both, did not offer to book a hotel or even both ways ticket. Need to be honest with the client.

We genuinely regret the inconveniences and misunderstandings that arose during your recent interactions with Travel Choice Tourism.I would like to address the concerns you raised. Upon checking our records, the initial booking was made on 28 Aug for the 2nd of September departure. We later became aware that the flight date was changed directly through the airline to the 11th of September. This alteration was reportedly done by you saying that the customer cannot travel alone and somebody has to accompany him. I distinctly recall your visit to our office on the 2nd of September. During that visit, you expressed concerns regarding the arrangements made for your father. You also brought to our attention his upcoming travel to Bangkok is for medical treatment (which we were not informed before). Later, we received a call from you, requesting us to inform the customer about the flight change. However, as this change was not facilitated through us and given that the customer had not communicated any such changes to his reservation through us, we found it appropriate to deny this request as we were not involved in this change. Our primary goal is to ensure clear communication and maintain the confidentiality of our customers' bookings. Regarding the return flight and hotel bookings, when the customer initially made his booking with us, he came into our office alone and mentioned plans to travel to London from Bangkok without confirmed onward dates. We prioritize acting on the explicit details provided to us by our customers. On the hotel booking front, later we provided rates as per your request on two occasions in a timely manner. The quote was shared over the phone on 10 September and the second quote was shared up on your call during the check in time of the flight on 11 September. It's worth noting that we did not receive any confirmations or payments for the hotel bookings. We deeply apologize for any confusion or perceived lapses in our service. We always aim for transparent and effective communication with our clients. Fantastic experience: Travel Choice Tourism arranged our Georgia tour and did a wonderful job to make our trip a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Even the minutest details of the trip were taken care off. The hotel arranged for us in Tbilisi was good and it had a beautiful balcony view of the city. Complimentary breakfast was provided and special mention should be given about the lunch box they lovingly provided to us on the departure date since our flight was departing earlier before their breakfast time. The sightseeing tours were well planned by Travel Choice team and the driver cum guide with car who was arranged was an English speaking well mannered gentleman. The 3 day tour covered the beatiful Tbilisi city, Jvari, Ananuri, Gudauri, Signagni, Bodbe etc and the snow capped beautiful Gudauri trip was a memorable and enjoyable experience. The Travel Choice team did a perfect job and arranged the to and from Dubai flight with seat booking, check-in etc in advance to make the travel hassle free. We appreciate the Travel Choice team especially the travel agent Mr Mohsin who was regularly following up with us during the entire trip to make sure that the arrangements were properly done.
