Am so glad that they applied my fine reduction and it was approved. I had to pay only 2050. Upon approval. My visa was processed as well. At this point am leaving legally in Dubai. Negative experience: Poor and incompetent staff. They can't handle minor issues.what other companies take less than 24 hours to handle with a lesser charge,they can't handle for over a month charging double. There's one so call "Reward" whom I pay 4k to remove a private sector abscond on a tourist visa issued by them. He took up to a month yet couldn't uplift the abscond. It's a complete mess, don't make a mistake of going to this guy's for any service. Very poor customer service. In fact, it's a mess
