Negative experience: Zero welcoming attitude!!! The agent at the visa section was the worst agent ever through the phone call. When you offer people such services maybe give your agents a course how to treat the received calls with a bit of welcoming touch!!!! The end result is I don’t want anything from Nirvana , definitely go check other agencies!!!

Fantastic experience: Went on a trip (31/5 - 5/6/2024) to Tbilisi Georgia with Nirvana Travel & Tourism. I have to compliment the customer service officers namely Aisha Elmohands & Iman Gamal who were very patient with my queries & requests. They checked on me regularly while I was in Tbilisi, Georgia. It was a smooth trip with very minimum obstacles. They made sure my husband & I had a great time in Georgia. The local team in Georgia, Tengo our driver & Mariam our English speaking guide were wonderful too! Well done Nirvana Travel!

Fantastic experience: I have a friend who booked in Nirvana last year November, he was really happy with the service he was greeted and approached by this Philippine guy ( representative ) asking him how is everything, my friend was late coming out from arrival he said sorry but the guy just said no need to apologise and introduce him to his driver well-mannered he felt VIP at that time and it was first time he experience. He told me the driver is very kind as well. It was his first time in Abu Dhabi and he was satisfied by the service.

Negative experience: NIRVANA RETURN OUR MONEY This is terrible experience buying a flight ticket and begging company to return money after cancellation of the ticked by all their policies!!! They are not responding only after calling call center frequently and ONE AND HALF months NOT giving 3,600 AED back to us! We purchased a flight ticket to Spain and Nirvana agent Ahmed Nagi promised us that money will be returned after 21 working day from the cancellation day. We are literally begging him to respond for us, and give us our money back. Tonight he texted at 12:30 am !!!! And still saying that finance department is informed and we need to wait! What is this SCAM Where is our money ?

Negative experience: Very hard to reach, and often did not respond to me until it was days before my trip was intended. Errors were made to my reservation that they did not take responsibility and blamed me for. I paid for my initial ticket and every change I made and when they added an additional flight to my itinerary, refused to refund me for their mistake. I recommend booking with airlines directly, and avoiding this third party agency that will take your money but will not help you. Traveling during the COVID pandemic has been incredibly difficult and the lack of empathy and understanding was shocking.
