Fantastic experience: We booked two tours in the Tui App, Dubai City Tour and Panoramic Night View of Dubai, with pick up and drop off from our Riu Dubai hotel. Travco were always in contact with us by WhatsApp and was very helpful. I can honestly say this was the best decision we had! Our tour guide, Mohamed, was just the perfect, delightful and friendliest person ever! He is so knowledgeable about not only the city but its history, its people and the culture. We have learnt so much and increased our love for Dubai! He knows the best tips, the best angles to see or take pictures and even taught us how to really bargain in a traditional souk. And he's so funny! It was no doubt two amazing days spent in his company. Our driver was super conscious, driving carefully in the middle of the dubaian traffic, something a British can not imagine until you're there in the middle of it! He was introduced to us as Hamilton, and he does deserve the name! We can not recommend Travco enough for these tours. And ask for Mohamed, you will not regret it! On another note, we also had Travco as our private transfer from and to the airport, and it was a perfect experience. Drivers are amazing, cars are comfortable and clean and our comfort means the world to the drivers. We will be back in Dubai soon, and no doubt we'll be getting Travco services again!

Negative experience: Very bad experience with them. Incomplete desert safari excursion, they write things that aren't done. Very high costs. A two hour buffet dinner at the saffron restaurant of the atlantic hotel with taxi costing 300€, described as a fabulous dinner and place. completely disappointing. Not even a minimum of apology or refund to the customer who was fooled. I recommend avoiding them.

Fantastic experience: I would like to appreciate the great service we got from Travco. It was the best desert safari experience by far. Amman the driver is very professional and accommodating we really had a great time. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: We were told when we rang up Travco that the desert safari was a trip was one that I could go on with my wheelchair. This trip was booked well in advance and the staff assured us that my wheelchair could fit in the Jeep. I was surprised to be contacted, the day before our trip, stating that the jeep wouldn't be able to fit my wheelchair on, and that I would have to pay more money to be able to go on the trip, purely because of my wheelchair. This is absolutely shameful to make a disabled person pay more money to go on this trip. We later found out that the reasoning for the huge price increase was because we had to pay for 4 tickets to be able to get a "private jeep". Which is even more disgusting, I would have had to pay double the amount of money just to be able to go on this one trip. I didn't have the money for this and as this was told to us the day before our trip, couldn't transfer money to be able to go on the trip. Disappointed was an understatement and this was a bad start to our holiday. Also, upon complaining about this shameful act, the staff we were contacting were incredibly rude and disrespectful. One particular staff member, Patty, laughed over the phone at me when I expressed how upset I was that I could no longer go on this trip. People with disabilities should not have to pay more money for something that is out of their control. This whole experience reminded me of how inconvenient my disability and my wheelchair is. I shouldn't have been made to feel like this.

Fantastic experience: Wir haben eine private Tagestour von Dubai nach Abu Dhabi gebucht. Dank dem hervorragend deutsch sprechenden und sehr kompetenten Driverguide WAllED hatten wir einen fantastischen, unvergesslichen Tag in Abu Dhabi.

Fantastic experience: Die Desert Safari war mit Abstand das beste was ich in Dubai erleben durfte. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir wurden wie versprochen in einem Jeep pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt. Der Ranger war super nett und man konnte sich sehr gut mit ihm unterhalten (Englisch). Anschließend haben wir noch ein weiteres Paar abgeholt und sind in Richtung Wüste gefahren. Hier lief dann wirklich alles so ab, wie es beschrieben war und wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Beginnend mit der rasanten Safari durch die Dünen der Wüste. Man hat schnell gemerkt das die Fahrer Profis waren. Es hat mehr als nur Spaß gemacht. Am Ende sind wir in einem Camp angekommen wo es dann ein großes Buffet, viele kalte Getränke und Shows / Unterhaltung gab. Man konnte relaxen und den Abend einfach genießen. Alles in allem ein mehr als gelungener Abend. Wer in Dubai ist muss diese Safari von Travco unbedingt machen. Kosten ca. 70-80€ pro Person. Glaubt mir, sie ist jeden Cent wert!

Fantastic experience: Our travel agency organized Jeep safari with Travco, just amazing experience. Our driver Nur (I hope I wrote the name correctly ) was just the best, very friendly, sensitive to our needs (about driving in the desert), told us everything about the drive and safety, and learned a lot of good things about Dubai, very informative. The camp it self also very nice, overall awesome. The only bad thing is it didn't last longer .

Fantastic experience: Ottima agenzia, organizzata alla perfezione. Escursioni fantastiche, consiglio l’escursione guidata della Città ma anche l’escursione nel deserto che prevede l’adrenalinico giro con la jeep sulle dune , il suggestivo tramonto e la spettacolare cena nel villaggio beduino . Puntualità anche per quanto riguarda i trasferimenti da e per l’aeroporto. Complimenti a tutti per la gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità.

Negative experience: Nao gostei da excursão ao deserto, com dança tradicional e jantar. A dança não estava enquadrada no tema, tem um palco que quebra a proximidade da única dançarina com os espetadores e ela apresenta umas vestes pouco tradicionais... Esperava mais deste tipo de espetáculo no Dubai. Que ficou muito aquém dos espetáculos vistos na Turquia, Tunicia ou Marrocos. Não gostei de todo. Bufete nem comento... A única coisa que foi agradável, foi andar de jipe e brincar nas dunas. Demasiado caro, não recomendo!

Positive experience: Segundo día en Dubái por nuestra Luna de Miel, nos avisan que, debido a la fiesta del cordero, la otra pareja que tenían que recoger del hotel no van a ir al tour, y que el chofer llegaría antes. Nos llaman y nos dicen que el chofer está ya abajo esperando (15 minutos antes de la hora acordada), y cuando bajamos (2 minutos después de la llamada) no había nadie. Nos dicen que van a por otros clientes y luego nos recogen. 20 minutos más tarde nos pregunta un trabajador del hotel que a quien esperamos, le comentamos la situación y acto seguido hace una llamada…15 minutos más tarde nos comenta este trabajador que tenemos que ir al sitio donde comienza el tour en taxi (aclarando que no corre de nuestra cuenta). 20 minutos más de trayecto hasta llegar al lugar donde comenzaba el tour…Cuando llegamos ya ha empezado y el guía nos hace un resumen rápido de lo que teníamos que ver. A parte de esto el tour bastante interesante y el guía bastante bueno, además hablando en español. El tercer día tuvimos el tour 4x4 en el desierto(bastante divertido aunque mareaba) y luego la cena de bbq y el espectáculo bastante interesante también. También pudimos montar en camello!

Negative experience: I do not recomment this group as one of their driver was about to kill me by one of toyota prado car, i have called the company made a complaint as i asked for the manager and no action is taken, if i have a plate number i would file a case of life threatening against the driver and the company who didnt take action against there driver, unfortunately i was driving a motorcycle and couldnt take the number.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service overall. Booked directly with Travco the Dubai Safari, what an experience! Good prices, and would definitely reccomend to take the trip into the desert for a taste of traditional Arabic culture: driving in the desert, camel ride, watching the sunset, bbq dinner in arabian camp, live entertainment with tanura and belly dancers, star gazing at night. Everything for approx. 200drh per person, from about 3pm and back to the hotel by 9pm. Our driver, Omar, was brilliant!

Fantastic experience: This company was booked by my travel agent to pick us up at the airport and transfer us to our hotel in Dubai and to return us to the airport 4 days later. We were collected by a very nice gentleman at the airport and transfered in a beautiful air conditioned white Lexus car. Everything was handled very efficiently. On both journeys our drivers were very friendly and generous with information about their beautiful city. They were more than willing to answer all our many questions.They were also very punctual. I would highly recommend using this company based on my own experience

Negative experience: Absolute shambles of a company .They arranged to.pick us up from the hotel a day before then already booked.Informed their representative Alisa 3 days previous Still they sent a vehicle.Spoke to her again and confirmed that they would send on the correct date waited for half an hour and nothing turned up.Sopke to a chap called Kadir Or Nadil whom didint give their full details and basically told us nothing can be done very rudely. Had to exchange some money and took a taxi to airport nearly missing our flights because of some incompetent idiots Hotel cocierge confirmed that they have complaints about them all the time.Please please do no tuse them.
