Fantastic experience: Our desert safari day was incredible. We got picked up from the hotel and taken straight to the desert for buggy driving, off roading in the cars, sand boarding and then got a meal and fire show with the opportunity to ride camels. Ashraf Shobi was our driver and he was caring, genuine and extremely helpful. He ensured we got the most out of our trip and shared knowledge about other elements of Dubai on the 1 hour drive there and back. I would definitely recommend. Fantastic experience: Our driver Ligo was fantastic. 1st time we were out and about during the storms last Tuesday, he drove so professionally and got us back to the hotel safely. Fantastic experience: We booked multiple excursions with this company! Our tour guide was Sijin for the desert safari and he was excellent! He made sure we were aware of the journey going in, and kept us informed throughout! He ensured we were on time for all our activities, and knew where things were located AND he accomated to our needs. He's also an excellent videographer and photographer If you book a safari tour with this company, try to ask for Sijin specifically, he made our experience 10x better and special. Our tour guide for Abu Dhabi was Ali, and he was also great! He was very accomodating and made sure we were informed of all the places we passed. He allowed time to step out and look around and did not rush us at all. He was very well informed about Abu Dhabi and this tour was worth it because of his expertise and kindness!

Negative experience: We are only writing this review after speaking to the company representative at our hotel and giving them the opportunity to put this right. We booked on the evening desert safari for yesterday at this company's tourism desk which is based at the hotel we are staying at. Reshmi told us that we would find cheaper prices online but this company was promising a premium desert safari with an experienced driver. Having done some research, we decided to go ahead and book the safari, not minding paying extra to have a good experience. Everything was going well until it was time to go to the camp for the evening entertainment and dinner. The driver had not been to this specific camp before, so he called a company representative who was already at the camp to meet him at a mutual meeting point and guide our car to the camp. The representative refused to come out and provide this support. This led to our driver getting lost and after some time driving around, the car got stuck in the sand and we couldn't move. We had to then wait for the company representative to come and tow the car out and then lead us to the camp. By the time we reached the camp, all the other guests had already settled down after having the camel ride, eaten their snacks and were watching the first show which was coming to an end. Having missed out on some of the experience, we went to the desk at our hotel this morning and informed Reshmi of what had happened and asked for some kind of refund for the company not being able to provide in full what we had paid for. She said she would need to speak to the manager. We went back to the desk this afternoon and the company was trying to blame the driver for what had happened. We explained that we did not hold the driver accountable, rather the company should have made sure he knew where he was supposed to go and when he called for help, the company representative should have responded and we would not have arrived at the camp late. All they could offer us was a free drop off to the airport for our departure which was not of any value to us as we have already prebooked this with our travel agent. I understand that things sometimes go wrong, and given all the positive reviews this company has, they should be able to take responsibility when things don't go the way that they should.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. It was Feb whn we booked for the service from India. Didn't know the actual price of the service. We had to go in March. Whn we went there they just used us charged double the price and some services we didn't use just didn't back the money. These people are fraud never book with these people.

Negative experience: Worst service ever took 3 time the money of actual price. Whn I cancelled my service gave half payment in name of cancellation charges. 200aed are still stuck with them didn't give that yet. These people are just to loot your money never book with them

Negative experience: Their manager (Stino) took my money for some services that he was unable to render and told me he'd refund to me after I travel, and then he blocked me after I travel. Watch your deals with him/them (Stino).
Mr Khalifa said came to UAE on a tourist visa for 30 days but unfortunately, he had overstayed for about a year. He knows about the rules and regulations and behaviour as a tourist. We were trying to understand him and advised him to exit. He was not ready to exit. As per rule and it is the procedure to make him abscond to avoid blockage of our capacity to sponsor a tourist. There are expenses and fines. He paid that money and we removed his absconding. There is no money refundable.

Fantastic experience: We joined a desert tour. It was a totally new experience for our family. Full of fun and surprises. The six hour package passed like a lightning. Our guide Ashraf was superb. He was polite, kind, patient and helpful. His desert driving skill was also excellent. We would definitely want him to be our guide again if we ever join the desert tour again.

Fantastic experience: It was great adventure. All organized proffesionally from the begining to the end. Driver was excellent and well experienced. He took care about us all the time. Oaza Park No 18 was fine. Really good food and interesting shows. Safari ride was very exciting but I felt safe.. I really recomend!

Pickup and dropoff from/to the hotel We're a family of 5, rent ATVs which were great Driving on the sand dunes was exiting Our driver is the best, never seen such control on a 4 wheel drive The driver was polite, friendly and patient for all our needs(including taking photos) Sand board was a great experience Dinner and show was pleasant, with large variety We skipped the camel tour. Paid 3000 AED (during Ramadan) The desert was cooler than the city

Negative experience: The gentlemen at the swissotel hotel living Al Ghurair is horrible , he lied to us about the whole timing of the tour. He pocketed the money and did not wanted to use the credit card for receipt.

Fantastic experience: we had a 5 hour city tour with Stijo and it was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and friendly taking us to the most photographic spots and taking our photo. Would definitely use them again

Fantastic experience: Desert Aafari. Arman was excellent caring and a bloody good driver. 4 wheel drive through desert was exhilirarating but I did feel safe...white knuckles from holding on in back seat. Superb shows x 3 belly dancing, Indian dancer, fire show was amazing. The camel ride, henna painting and fantastic buffet 4 course meal with cold drinks is the best. Fantastic memory. Thanks

Negative experience: RIP OFF - Stay Away From this tour company (and particularly their Dubai City Tour). Highly disappointed to have wasted our day in Dubai with them. My wife and I booked a Dubai City Tour on 1/31 from the Le Meridian hotel in Dubai as a way to see Dubai during a 1 day layover. We were promised that it would be a day tour with many specific attractions and sites. We were told specifically that the tour would include tickets and entrance into all of the attractions and sites along the tour except for tickets to go up to observation floors at the Burj Khalif (which we booked and paid for separately), although we were told that our guide would be able to get us past the line there. The tour ended up being a very poor tour, with no guided explanation and no entrance into anything. We basically drove around town for half a day, in a car with a foul odor and then were dropped back off at the hotel without having really seen or learned anything. It was actually a complete waste of our day and we were very frustrated. Upon our return travel through Dubai we just took an Uber and went to many of the places we were supposed to go to, and it was much better. Save yourself some money and just get your own Uber, or use another tour operator. Specifically: • We were told when we purchased we would go to the Burj Al Arab 7 star hotel, we were taken about two miles away from it and dropped off on the sidewalk to take a quick picture and that we could not go to the property, we would just view it from there. • We were told when we purchased we would go to the Dubai Museum, the driver said, no we can’t go there. • We were told we would go to the Jumeirah Mosque, the driver said no, we can’t go there. • We were told we would go to the Royal Palace, We drove by it at about 15 MPH and never stopped. • We were driven by the Atlantis Resort (we only stopped there because we asked to stop to use the restroom), other than that it was simply driving with no narration all day, ending at the mall where we waited in line (the driver said he could not get us past the line) to go up the Burj Khalif. The driver did not seem to know any history of Dubai. When we asked him questions, he couldn’t tell us any answers. He did take us to some exotic car showrooms at my request because the tour was not showing us anything so at least I wanted to see those, I was happy that he accommodated that for us, but I was very disappointed and felt very ripped off by the tour.

Here are some insights regarding your tour and its rate.-The tour you have taken was an exclusive, private Dubai city sightseeing tour-Burj Khalifa entry ticket is separate from the tour package. It is not included in the normal Dubai City Sightseeing tour package.-That was an instant tour booking from a 5-star hotel with a discounted rate which will cost more compared to pre-booking/online booking services.-Though that was a 4 hours tour, we have covered most of the possible destinations which can be covered within the limited time-We have provided the top-class facilities and services ( vehicle, comfortable ride, guide & other services)-You got extra services like a visit to an exotic car showroom as per your request (which means we prioritize your time and requirements)-Some attractions like Royal palace which are listed in the tour packages are highly secured areas and only sightseeing is allowed there-We need royal permission to enter into certain attractions-For some attractions, in order to get an entry, we should book for dinner/lunch there (which is not included in the tour package), so only outside view is possible-Burj Khalifa 124th floor visit has specific timings. We need to be there before the time to perform that activity, otherwise, you will lose your money (which is not under our control). So, we might have skipped some of the attractions to save your timeWe hope this explanation will help you to understand that the tour worth the price :) If you have any more concerns Or need more details, feel free to contact us privately.All the above-mentioned points were clearly communicated to you before the tour was taken. Your confusions might be caused due to any misunderstandings.
