Fantastic experience: Booked a great tour through our agent Ramil at the Anantara Mina Al Arab. He was great with the selection of tours and what we wanted to do, taking us through the highlights. We went on the Musamdan Khasab tour and the Pearl Farm tour, and had a great excursion on both. Even with a slight issue on the Khasab tour that was resolved in a great manner by the boat operators, it wasn't enough to dampen our tour. The feedback was mentioned to our agent and sorted out. Can't recommend enough

Negative experience: Agent selling tours in Rixos Ras Al - Alla - is dealing very unfair, frivolous. I was intend for Dibba Musandam trip, what she sold me instead of price 315 AED listed in broschiere on her table she asked 385+ visum, But the worst was she consciously sold me something completely different starting from Khasab insted of Dibba, with different agenda as she presented. I claimed it immediately after trip return, without any acknowledgment and apology. Horrible behavior!!! I warn everybody to avoid her services!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. We reserved last minute for Eid Al fitr 2022, we got amazing rates and an amazing itinerary thanks to the travel agent Zaina she was so patient and gave us amazing rates. I will definitely use this agency again. She set up everything by the minute reservations for the zipline the sledder snorkeling and kayaking all was soooo much fun. Very professional she even answered my demands during the holiday. Thank you.
