Negative experience: Our yesterday's trip was totally disappointing. The driver cone to pick us 4.30. (Confirmed time was 3.30) He waiting for another customer and pick whic the location after our location. The driver not a professional off road driver The car got stuck when we enter the desert. We were wait outside the car almost an hour for rectify the issue or another car. No one come for pick up from the same operator. No proper coordination and substitution for another vehicle. Another driver (from another tour operator) help us from location after 1 hour with extremely hot condition, he straight drive to camp without any dune bashing. Which is main attraction of the event We missed very badly. Its an un acceptable action from the tour operator. I am force to make further action to report this incident to appropriate authority.

The driver was very mannerless had no respect while talking to the customers and overall wasted a lot of time on the way to the camp as first his car got broken down and even in safari his car got punctured.The concern person is Lesal and Mary. Never Book a Safari With them, they are fraud people.She cant even communicate as both of them were rude.

Fantastic experience: The circus in the desert was an amazing experience. My driver, Yahya, was very, professional, and being from Atlanta, I loved his driving skills! After getting to the desert I was encouraged to ride one of the dune buggies. I had never done this before and thought it would be fun, and it was! Riding the dune buggies was one of the best experiences of my trip to Dubai, even more than riding the camels. On the way to the circus, Yaya took us on the best car ride through the desert I've ever had. If you visit Dubai, you have to experience the Royal Adventure Circus in the desert. You will have an amazing time and I highly encourage you to ride the dune buggies or the four-wheelers through the desert before your meal and the circus performance. You'll have an amazing time!

Fantastic experience: Myself and my wife did the ATV experience in the desert and really enjoyed it. Despite it being 40 degrees, we were able to keep hydrated as there was unlimited beverages included in the package. When in the desert, we were able to try our hand at sand boarding also, which was cool! Following the ATV experience, we were then escorted 30mins to their camp where we got the ride camels, have a delicious BBQ and enjoy some traditional entertainment. They then dropped us back to our hotel. All in all, it was a 7 hour trip. Incredible value for money. The service from start to finish was top class and Erixson was great company throughout the day. These guys are so professional. Very impressive operation!

Negative experience: This is the worst company that I have been working with. I gave them a second chance thinking that they could pull it right that time with some friends but they manage the do the same thing. It's hard to miss on safari tour since it the show for many people but this company seriously... Don't take the quad option for sure you will not be able to get a car to go to the sunset and you will be late to the camp and miss most of the option there. Also don't book the overnight as the driver were not even aware and the people at the camp either... The are not at all customer service but more in putting people stack as Much as possible into one car and always late to pick you up.
