It was my first international experience , talked to so many agents but they were the best from the beginning to the end. Infact the last moment and urgent changes were made so nicely that we didn't felt a single pinch of problem . Negative experience: Genuine reviews: If ever you are planning for a trip for dubai with them don't dare to do if you don't want to SPOIL your trip as ytp travels reacted so rudely that you could never imagine.Everyday the driver comes around 1 hour late for pickup from hotel and one day when we came after 8 mins from the estimate d time he left us taking our bags with them one more couple who was with us also planned their trip with them and the same happened with them.Also i was committed that my miracle garden trip would be private but the driver came with 2 more couples but i didn't objected but then the driver amir also left us and on complaining their agent KAPIL GUPTA spoke so rudely that you can't imagine and even told me do whatever you want i will not send the cab for you and if you want to go book your cab.I booked a cab and spent my money which also the didn't refunded.I was traveling with my family so didn't wanted to create a scene otherwise the security personnel suggested me to lodge a police complaint in this matter in dubai.
